03.10.2024 we came here to buy glasses. Having chosen the frame, the consultants insisted on undergoing, as stated, a free vision diagnosis, although they had their own on hand, and fresh. Okay, we agreed. After the diagnosis, Kirill, the consultant, said that they did not have one of the lenses and the wait would be about 7 days. Which was inconvenient for us. About to leave, Kirill asked for payment for the diagnosis (I repeat: which was declared free). The impression of the service and the place remained just terrible. We were left without glasses, without mood. And you were left without customers. Very sorry. I do not recommend this optics and clinic. Consultant Kirill is an uncommunicative and unpleasant employee. Later, Victoria called us and asked us to come back to make a refund. I want to thank Victoria for her politeness and sociability. It's absolutely not about money, it's about service from the staff. An unpleasant situation. We won't be coming back here anymore.
