We were in this complex from September 27 to 28, 2022. We were with friends in general by ourselves) Despite this, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We have already got used to the local, unhurried rhythm of life, so the expectation of settlement did not bother us. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, there is hot water) there is no heating, but they give out any number of blankets, and the rooms are warm. We had dinner at a local cafe. Whitefish is simply delicious, as well as a kebab made of crayfish (in secret, it's more like fish, but delicious). We walked along the lake, climbed up to the monastery: the view is simply stunning. The local population: everyone is very responsive and pleasant. I can recommend this hotel and such a vacation to those who want peace, quiet and a walk in a wonderful place. We paid 3,000 rubles for 3 people. Impressions: only positive)

A small cozy hotel with the necessary minimum of amenities, the water in the shower is slightly warm, there is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the ground floor.
They will always help at the reception.
10 meters from the beach with sun beds, pebble beach. The Wi-Fi is terrible.
Nearby there is a mini cafe with a barbecue menu and pastries.

I read a lot of good reviews and came to this hotel. There is no hot water, the beds are terrible, the mattresses are worn out, the bed linen is old, there is no closet in the room.
There is no sound insulation, Wi-Fi does not work, the administrator is rude.
On the territory of the hotel there are several old gazebos, swings and that's it. They promised that there was a restaurant, it turned out that it was just a roadside kebab shop with a very limited menu. The beach is small, there is a large rusty pipe running all over the beach. The place is not suitable for walking. Boats and scooters are driven very close to the shore, almost floating.
Photos of the hotel and rooms on the websites are taken in the best places, which is only 5% of the total condition of the hotel.
It feels like this hotel has collected all the disadvantages, we definitely won't come a second time.
