Dear administration of J/S BARBERSHOP, on Zheltoksan Street
On November 22, 2024, at 15:00, I visited your barbershop on Zheltoksan Street, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service.
1. Replacement of the master during the haircut: During the provision of the service, my master, from whom I was registered, was replaced by another specialist without my consent, since the first master turned out to have another client. This is unacceptable and shows insufficient organization of work and respect for customers.
2. Poor quality of work: The edging was performed poorly. The hair also sticks out in several places, which completely does not meet the expectations of a professional barbershop.
3. Violation of the terms of the promotion: At the time of recording, a promotion was offered for 6,000 tenge, including several services. However, not all the stated services were provided during my visit.
4. Haste in work: There was a feeling of haste throughout the visit. The craftsmen, including the replaced one, were clearly in a hurry and did not complete their work properly.
