But the most positive impressions remained from the cooperation with the specialist of "One Window" - Raevskaya Svetlana Ivanovna. The person is really "in his place." He is well versed in the categories and assortment of goods, the sequence of actions when ordering and shipping products, and returning containers. Performs a huge amount of work with clients, while answering a barrage of phone calls. He does the work, including in communication by phone, not on "get off", but "as yourself" - I mean the repeated extension of the lease of containers with convenience for the customer, participation in the search for manufactured goods, etc. In general, a person with a well-formed systematic approach to his work, but there is no other way to do it in this place. And in general, the plant administration was accommodating in all emerging issues (departure of the technologist to the facility, replacement of nonconditioning), even non-standard ones. Considering the small volume of the order, physicalthe face within the entire production is pleasing.

I want to leave a positive review about the products of JSC "Minskjelezobeton". Construction is such a thing, it drags on very much, the days fly by instantly, something is forgotten, something lies under the thickness of gray everyday life, but the good is never forgotten! So in my case, it was October 26, 2023 (c/f 18769). I ordered commercial concrete P3 C25/30 F100 W8 (M400 in other words) from this company. I used to order from a private trader, I ordered from Minsk reinforced concrete for the first time. I poured the armopoyas, I took the concrete with a margin, both in quality and quantity. The quality of concrete is at the highest level! No private trader will bring you such concrete, of such quality! I highly recommend it! In terms of quantity, everything is clear, the stock was calculated, this stock remained, another node was added to the place. Everything is convenient and clear, transparent, no unnecessary bureaucracy, as it may seem from the outside.
The only negative is physical.a person needs to look for transport himself, to transport concrete to the site. Please take this nuance into account (for the future).

The level of attitude towards the customer is zero, or rather negative. Only 100% prepayment for the products, and as soon as you paid, no one needs you after that. I ordered the blocks - they said you'd pick them up in 2 weeks. Yeah, I was dreaming. After 2 weeks, of course, nothing was ready, and then the epic began worse than a scoop, straight from the Stone Age. During the next 2 weeks, they didn't answer my calls and attempts to find out what was going on with my blocks - they didn't pick up the phone at all. After more than a month - I was finally able to get through from another number, and for a week I was fed breakfast every day - I'll see what's up with your blocks and call back. For 5 days, they never called back, and when I tried to dial myself, no one picked up the phone. Well, the last cherry on the cake - after a month and a half, I was finally able to get an answer about my blocks, and it sounded like this - Your blocks haven't even started making yet. This is the level, no more foot here.

I bought a brick tile "condition"!!!80mm thick, the best class B 30 tiles were brought in film, everything is beautiful on top. As a result, when the builders arrived and unpacked the pallets from the film, everyone was just horrified, it seems to me that the condition would not have been better!!! The tile is full of pores and holes. I will definitely attach a photo.
This is honestly not expected... when you give that kind of money, you want a normal product, not a tile that will burst after the winter and will be covered.
