I have been periodically contacting here for 4 years for sure. The work of the master was different, from excellent to terrible (this is when the seals were cut off from the ring when they were reduced by 0.5 size). But I put 3 stars for the girl's face at the reception of orders. No, I'm not a picky, quarrelsome grandmother, it's just that this sad, gloomy face spoils the whole impression of the workshop itself. Moreover, the expression of grief does not change over the years. This should not be allowed into the service sector. I needed to fix the chain (in my opinion, not a professional: connect two large chain links). They asked for 25 rubles and 4 Days of manufacture... Expensive and long. For comparison: I went to another workshop right there in the area, they did it on the spot in 5 minutes and 12 rubles, they said nothing supernatural here, I wear a chain everything is OK. Twice as cheap and a hundred milliards times faster. Thanks to everyone who listened! I recommend comparing the conditions in the neighboring workshops..

Of the advantages: quickly, I gave the products for cleaning, after 2 hours everything is ready. There were 3 rings, a pendant and 3 pairs of earrings.
Of the disadvantages: I applied for the service on 05/06/2022. At first everything was fine, the jewelry shone like new. I put them in the box and forgot about them. Three months later, I open the box and see that the rings, earrings and pendant are stained, one of the rings has changed color. I wrote to the workshop, they called me back promptly and said that I came to my senses too late and needed to contact immediately, and that this was actually a normal process, silver oxidizes, and the white gold ring just assumed its normal color. Anyway, it's not clear from the video what's wrong. At the same time, I had previously given my jewelry to another workshop for cleaning, there had never been such problems. I paid about 90 rubles for the service, and as a result, I need to carry everything back to the workshop.
