Everything is fine, but the pandemic is making its own adjustments everywhere and in everything. The price tag is cosmic, the service has become weaker compared to 3 years earlier. A la carte restaurants are absolutely "none". The food is not tasty at all. The staff has been updated after the pandemic and does not match 100% of the hotel price.

I rested a couple of times, there are people who come specially to be photographed. Minus one, there are conferences and there are a lot of strangers on the territory of the hotel
I liked only the climate and food.. The most unpleasant thing is that the deposit was not returned. They said that some kind of failure and the money does not go to the card, it will be returned through the accounting department within 2 weeks. But nothing has happened for more than a month, it is not possible to contact the hotel (((
Very, very expensive! Closed territory, long coastline from the Sail about km. Several hotels make up one territory. Wonderful breakfasts even without a buffet!
One of my favorite places. I recommend it to everyone. Rest for 5+. It is impossible to compare with Turkey. A place of a completely different quality.
Beautiful hotel, sea, beach. With the service, they sank sharply due to covid - half of the staff is missing. Problems with getting into restaurants, with booking them. Questions about the occupation of sunbeds. There was a slight rudeness and acquisitiveness among the staff, which had never been a smell before.
It's silly to write something about this hotel, which is one of the most prestigious in Dubai. If budgets allow, then there is almost everything you need for a luxurious life - both for one, and a couple, and a large family with children. I have stayed there many times - the beach, swimming pools, and restaurants - solid five balls. The only downside is not cheap.
