Everything is fine, but the pandemic is making its own adjustments everywhere and in everything. The price tag is cosmic, the service has become weaker compared to 3 years earlier. A la carte restaurants are absolutely "none". The food is not tasty at all. The staff has been updated after the pandemic and does not match 100% of the hotel price.

They said that some kind of failure and the money does not go to the card, it will be returned through the accounting department within 2 weeks. It's silly to write something about this hotel, which is one of the most prestigious in Dubai. If budgets allow, then there is almost everything you need for a luxurious life - both for one, and a couple, and a large family with children.
