My stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon checking out of the hotel, I was assured that my deposit of 1,000 AED, paid on March 28, 2024, would be refunded to my card. However, it has now been over eight months, and I have yet to receive the refund.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the hotel, providing all necessary details and documents, but the issue remains unresolved. Such treatment is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer high standards of service.
The endless delays and lack of clear communication reflect poorly on the hotel’s management. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.

The hotel is beautiful, the view is great. It's a great location, you get to the Museum of the Future through the bridge, in the subway as well. The breakfast is delicious. Definitely, I recommend it

The location of the hotel is just great: you can go to the Museum of the Future through a special passage without leaving the building, to Burj Khalifa 15 minutes by taxi. The hotel also borders the office center, where you can have a snack at Starbox if you do not want to visit the hotel restaurant. We had a suite with panoramic windows on the upper floors of the tower, the view of the city is great! The bathroom also has a window with a gorgeous panorama, a cool place for a photo shoot! However, in the bathroom, I was quite scared by the window cleaners, who appeared out of nowhere in their trolley on cables, drove through the bathroom window and flew higher. They say they can't see anything because the windows are tinted. But it's still kind of uncomfortable when you're not dressed and you see strange men so close, looking, like, right at you. The impressions are unforgettable)

A great hotel, we've been to it 3 times, top service, location too, the view from the room will be great if you look at the center. There used to be a good offer for free access to the Jumeirah beach Hotel. Now we have moved this option to the hotel on Palma, which is not so interesting anymore. I really like everything else.

Excellent business class hotel. There is an excellent gym with all the necessary equipment and exercise equipment. The simulators are reliable. Qualified and friendly staff. There are Russian-speaking managers at the reception. High-quality and delicious breakfasts. And dinners are generally swinging. The hotel is located in the center of Dubai. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are a 30-minute walk away. The service is at the highest level.

An outdated hotel in the Jumeirah grid. There are a lot of people at breakfast. Queues. There is no transfer to the Beach. The location is good, close to the Dubai Mall. The Museum of the Future is very close.

A very beautiful hotel with perfect service, stunning views of the city from the room. The breakfasts are great. You can take the option of access to the business lounge, where you can drink sparkling wine or wine in the evening and have a very good snack. An indisputable advantage of the hotel is walking access to the exhibition center.

A good business hotel of the Jumeirah system . For those who are probably not bad for the first time, but who know this chain, that is, with what to compare and there are still shortcomings here. Breakfast is poorer than for example in hotels on the coast.
