Excellent! Our stay exceeded our expectations even thought it was extremely hot outside. The service was superb, the personnel was attentive to details, our room was cleaned twice a day and had all accoutrements we needed. The service at the beach was excellent, speedy and the water at the pool was cool. It helped to bare the + 45 outside

I am delighted with the hotel. It has its own beach, pools, restaurants, and even a boat ride along the canals of Venice. Breakfasts and dinners are buffet style. Food for every taste. God, I've been to heaven. Palm trees, a night walk, romance.... mmmm, and what a bed. It 's as soft as a feather bed , a blanket like down , and the dimensions... you can sleep both inside and out . There are always clean towels on the sun beds on the beach, and water in the refrigerator bags with ice. Well, sunscreen with spf 30 and 50 . Well, there is after sunburn too. And of course, the beach with a view of the most expensive seven-star sail. Well, I already wrote that this is paradise. By the way, there are peacocks on the territory too. White. Well, I won't tell you about the song. Go find out for yourself .
P.S. this hotel complex also has one of the best Souk Madinat markets! Someone is brought on an excursion, and you can walk for two minutes and you are there.
In general, the place is unique in everything.

Breakfast is a buffet, the choice of dishes is quite large, the food quality is excellent, there are juices, smoothies, very tasty papaya.

Fantastic hotel, one of the three in the complex! Expensive, yes. But this is one of the best hotels in Jumeirah. With the incredibly intensive development of the coastline, the beach in the hotel has a real skyline, without any hindrances to the view. A huge territory that allows you to walk, run, wander - choose for yourself! Beautiful, well-groomed, stylish. The hotel has several restaurants for every taste and preference. If something is missing, you can always go to the neighboring hotel out of three, united by a common territory. The staff is very friendly and ready to provide any assistance. There are many Russian-speaking employees. Dubai is very crowded and bustling today. And in this oasis you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. Have a nice trip!

Excellent hotel, beautiful rooms, delicious food, I liked boating, I remembered Venice..., several restaurants inside- the main one is very tasty, the choice is large, Chinese-I am not a fan of Chinese cuisine, but you can visit once, on the 3rd floor there is a bar with wine and light snacks (excellent cheeses and sets snacks, there were two times both served Savignon Blanc Marlborough Rouge New Zealand, we had a visit to this bar included in the room rate as well as breakfast, so I can't tell you the prices. A beautiful restaurant on the water opposite with Italian cuisine, but for me there is nothing special in the dishes, and the prices are not small, rather you pay for a place and a beautiful view. Next to the al Nasim hotels on the sides, there is a seafood restaurant - it was delicious there and the view was also beautiful, the sunset was unforgettable, on the other side there is the Alcazar hotel, also from the Jumeirah chain, there is a delicious steakhouse, I recommend it to meat lovers. There are several gyms on site, a large aqua park nearby, a wonderful beach, but you can go to the beaches of the alcazar or alnasim hotels, this is allowed, cold water, fruits and ice cream are brought everywhere. One of the best hotels in Dubai! Near the sea and a beautiful view of Burj al Arab. The territory is so huge that during the day there is a place to walk along the sea, as well as by boat along the canal and by electric mobile. There are plenty of places for recreation and entertainment, I recommend saving up and relaxing on this particular shore!

This is the best place for relaxation and relaxation. I've stayed at this hotel 7 times. In general, I like everything. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian. The rooms are clean. The food is delicious, although the choice has become worse in recent years. The beach is large, although sometimes you still have to look for an umbrella accompanied by an employee, because there are only towels left on the sun beds as a sign of the "busy" alert. A very convenient system for ordering food to the sun beds. The menu and the table number according to the code. You make an order online. They bring it quickly.
The Jumeirah coast is basically a good place. Especially if you get into the season. The Persian Gulf is wonderful for those who do not like the depth.

Excellent hotel and complex in general. You can record all expenses in the complex for the room of residence and do not need to carry money with you. The buffet is beyond praise. Lots of entertainment and the beach is a 2-3-minute walk away, right next to the Parus hotel. There is a water park nearby.

We stayed at this hotel from October 9th to 11th for two nights. It used to be very good here, we were led by excellent reviews and stories about excellent service. I will describe how it really was.
We arrived on October 9th at about 15:00 at the hotel. Our suitcases were politely accepted, taken to our room, and we went to process the documents and pay for the accommodation. At the entrance, we were also asked for a deposit (which the hotel did not warn us about in advance), but in principle, we painfully agreed that we would pay everything on the spot and were not going to make a deposit.
When checking into the room, no one showed us where everything works and how, so we had to figure it out ourselves. They immediately discovered that the glass door to the balcony was not working, they reported this to the reception. About 15 minutes after our call, a master came into the room, who repaired the door to the balcony and finally opened it! My husband also asked for an ashtray, which was not brought to us the first time, and after 40 minutes of waiting, we reminded him of our request.
The renovation in the room immediately caught my eye, or rather its absence. It can be seen that the plumbing already has obvious traces of time, the tiles in the bathroom are chipped, the doors are sloppily painted, the room is too shabby, the bedside tables with peeling paint ... apparently, no one even tried to think about the need for renovation in the Mine.
Let me remind you that the cost of a room during this period was about 100 thousand rubles per day with half board.
Then lunch. The hotel posted information on the website that breakfast will be in the buffet format, and the second meal (lunch or dinner) will be in the restaurant. But there are nuances.
At lunch in a Chinese restaurant, as part of the half-board we paid for, we were offered to order 4 dishes (with the exception of some items from the menu) and drinks, for which we need to pay separately. In principle, there are no questions about the restaurant in this part, except that after their dishes there is wild heartburn and the taste of spices in the mouth for the next day ... therefore, we decided for ourselves that we will not eat here anymore.
The next restaurant offered meals only in the snack format, so we didn't even try to go there, because you won't be satisfied with snacks alone.
And the third restaurant was Italian. Here's a joke from the hotel. It's like you've already paid for the food, but you haven't. A condition was announced to us - for each of any two dishes and dessert - 180 dirhams + drinks for an additional fee. A total of 360 dirhams plus some amount for drinks. Of the drinks, only two cocktails were taken at 70 dirhams each + Americano.
In total, we paid about 14 thousand rubles for lunch. Mina artfully created the illusion of a paid lunch, which, in principle, could not be taken (because the big question is, what are you paying for if lunch is expensive anyway and you could just as well choose food only with breakfast and lunch / dinner in any other restaurant you liked not on site). KEEP THIS IN MIND ‼️
After lunch at the Italian restaurant, we asked for some of the dishes to take with us. We were given a package, which we asked at the reception to take to the room, and we went for a walk. Upon returning to the room, we saw this standing package and no one even offered to bring dishes, forks, etc. to it or reheat food (for comparison, in another hotel they left us a note where they kindly offered to reheat everything and put it on plates at any time). This is not at all what you expect from a 5* hotel. Moreover, the restaurant and the hotel could somehow establish communication between themselves so that we would not have to drag this package to the reception at all and ask to take it to the room…
The next day after check-in, we woke up and found that THERE was NO COLD WATER IN the ROOM. We had to call the reception, call the master again and WAIT, WASTING OUR PRECIOUS TIME.
Next, we asked the reception to tell us where to find Dubai chocolate and how best to buy it. Manager Tatiana explained the ordering system to us, kindly offered to try to order chocolate for us online, tried to order twice in one day, but nothing worked (according to her). After that, she offered to order the original chocolate through some "separate channels" a little more expensive through the concierge. But it turned out that for a minimum order, I think you need to order 3 chocolate bars + pay for delivery, and thus they do not carry orders less than 18,000 rubles. At that moment, we realized that they were trying to breed us... of course they didn't buy chocolate, but it's not as critical as what happened next.
In the evening of the same day, before leaving, we went to the reception with a request to order a taxi for us at 6:00 in the morning to catch the airport. We also clarified the question about breakfast, since we have an early check-out, and we do not have time for breakfast at the hotel. Firuza's manager told us that the hotel would be able to assemble a breakfast of croissants, biscuits and sandwiches for us and bring it to the room at the appointed time (we agreed by 5:30 in the morning). She also asked us what drinks we prefer - coffee, tea, juices. SHE WROTE DOWN ALL OUR WISHES IN A NOTEBOOK, INDICATED THE TIME and even offered to wake us up! But we refused the latter.
The next day at 5:30 a.m., no one brought breakfast. (By the way, the balcony door broke again and it's good that there were two of us, but if one person lived in the room and went out on the balcony without a phone?).
We waited 10 minutes and called the reception, where it turned out that THEY had NOT HEARD ABOUT ANY BREAKFAST, AS WELL AS ABOUT A TAXI AT 6 A.M. (I think if we had asked to wake us up, we would have overslept our flight altogether). We once again reminded that we had asked for breakfast by 5:30, announced our choice of drinks on the menu and asked to bring breakfast to the room before we left. Again, no one brought breakfast. We went down to the reception with our suitcases, handed over the room keys and saw that this Firuza was standing there (who took our order the night before and regularly wrote all requests in a notebook) with two of our breakfast bags and with an innocent face says that she forgot about the request to bring breakfast to the room. And she offered us to take it with us to eat it somewhere on the street / in a taxi / at the airport 🤡 but we had already calculated all the time and we did not plan to choke on this breakfast in a taxi, which is why we asked to bring it to the room at a certain time ‼️
Of course, no one ordered a taxi on time either, the doorman at the entrance quickly ordered a car while we were saying goodbye to Firuza.
The hotel, as you can see, does not pull at 5 * at all. I would even say it's three stars at best.…

The hotel is super. We relax with the whole family more than once. It's all clear. Polite staff. There are a couple of swimming pools on site, plus the first coastline, the sea is just around the corner. There is a market nearby, where there is literally everything. In the evening, live music and refreshing drinks.
Plus, from the balcony, the terrace offers a beautiful view, both during the day and in the evening.

They are not loyal to customers with children, otherwise a good holiday complex, many hotels and restaurants are all connected together, you can drive a golf cart or sail a boat with a navigator to any point of the complex, at a price not the most expensive, people with affluence will be at an average level, I personally did not go, a very large territory. I like the ritz Carlton less, my personal opinion is better, no offense and advertising, a small cozy one in the jbr area, there is somewhere to walk around the city in the evening.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. The neighboring hotel with Al Qasr. Both hotels are super. We have been in both more than once. Mina is more modern. AL QASR Palace! Luxury. Amazing. I recommend both of these neighboring hotels. The territory is the best not only in Dubai. Very green and big. Radio channels with electric pads. A sail of several hundred meters. Exquisite cuisine for every taste.
