Фамилия у нее украинская.. ей не нравятся казахи... типа мы понаприехали в ее город. Хотя я здесь родилась и живу...и я плохо разговариваю на русском... пусть сначала сами научаться говорить на казахском..
Как-то заходил два раза на ресепшене ни кого не было, охранник стоящий рядом не мог внятно разъеснить куда нужно занимать очередь по нужному нам вопросу в итоге пришлось оба раза дважды стоять в очереди.
