At the same time, the bank employee is apparently not familiar with the rules for challenging the Master Card payment system, otherwise she would have known that it is possible to challenge transactions in the Arbitration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs only after passing the chargback procedure, which the same employee refused me earlier.
I believe in this bank, not only I can face ignorance of the rules or attempts to enrich myself at the expense of the client.
