I read reviews and don't understand which bank people were in.I always go to Satpayev, and I take a bus and transfer to Russia takes 5-10 minutes.Everything is fast and without delay, the staff is always polite.

Accountants mostly apply to the bank and most of them are women!!! So that's why these orange posts have been installed on the driveways (parking lots), three women have already knocked on these narrow openings for cars?! And the employees themselves put the cars on the counter where there are no these columns, what is the convenience for the client, tell me??? My wife also found herself in this situation and now I have to take her to this bank!!! A terribly unpleasant story and prosperity to the person who invented it!!!

The bank is not very good at servicing the population, as well as for loans, mortgages, etc. I do not recommend this bank for a very long time to serve a very big minus, and there are situations when the client is late somewhere and it is necessary to work faster
