I have previously used this bank's debit card. They blocked my card, for no clear reason and without voicing a specific fact. Before arriving, I called the support service in advance to clarify what I need for a reissue (previously, the support staff recommended a reissue). To which they simply clarified the location of the nearest bank branch. Upon arrival at this branch, it turned out that the bank had changed its internal regulations for issuing debit cards to non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And now, in order to receive the card, I need other documents according to the new list of documents. But they are not with you.

Very bad! They are trying to make a translation again and all the time there are some new obstacles. At first they said that it was possible to make the departure without problems. Another time, it is necessary to use only the purpose of the transfer, which is allowed by the bank. When they came to a certain decision and began to make the transfer, after 10 minutes of waiting it turned out that nothing was transferred anywhere, because the purpose of the payment, which was proposed by the employees themselves, also cannot be used. What kind of mockery is this?!
