The location is perfect!
The hotel is a 5’ walk from Milano Centrale Train Station and the metro. We had a large room with two double beds (#409), windows facing the courtyard. The hotel is clean, the interior is probably for an amateur. The breakfast is good for a European hotel!
The room had a shower cabin (I prefer a bathtub), a bidet, shower gel and shampoo. There were no cotton swabs, cotton pads, toothbrushes or toothpaste, as well as bathrobes and slippers.
Instead of glass glasses to put toothbrushes, and to drink water, there were plastic cups.
There was also no shoe spoon.
The room was quite cold, the floor was icy (without carpet), and the temperature in Milan at the time of our stay was a maximum of +9. The air conditioner was working, but no matter how we tried to turn it on, the maximum temperature it produced was 20 degrees.
The staff is polite and smiling!
Very convenient location, a few meters from the train station.A good kitchen, a good room, I didn't like the way the bathroom was arranged. The design is excellent, and the bathtub itself is high, it is inconvenient to climb into it, especially for elderly guests, besides there are not enough hooks or shelves in the bathroom to hang a bathrobe or towel.Of the advantages, there is an excellent view from the site on the top floor and a wonderful recreation area there.
