I will write the pros and nuances. But I must say right away - the hotel is good. It's old, but clean.
Location 10/10:
Fatih district, historical center, 5 minutes walk to the bus/tram stop/port on the embankment/metro.
Price 10/10 :
very budget friendly and the value-for-money ratio is very decent.
Staff: 10/10
There is a Russian-speaking staff. But mostly English will help.
Everyone is responsive, they try to solve any issue.
Food - breakfast: 10/10
For a hotel at this price, it's great.
Omelet, boiled eggs, two types of cheese, sausage, green salad, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, a couple of traditional salads, broccoli and cauliflower, potatoes, omelet, sausages, fries, muesli, porridge, olives.
Dessert: mannikin and chocolate cake.
Butter, several types of jam
Coffee (vending machine), two types of juice, water, tea, milk.
It's monotonous, but every day it's fresh from under the knife.
Number: 7/10
Everything is very clean. Cleaning and changing of towels daily. Linen change every two/three days. The bathroom door needs to be repaired (apparently due to poor ventilation, it was swollen). There is a hairdryer, shower accessories, everything except a toothbrush and toothpaste. There are no bathrobes, just slippers. There are 2 towels per guest.
There is no air freshener in the room, the heated towel rail does not work, there is no shoe spoon. It is not convenient to hang a mirror at the entrance.
Don't expect a view from the window. There are rooms in the courtyard with a view of other people's roofs or a view of the windows of another hotel. There is no view of the central street in any of the rooms. Perhaps there is a suite on the 6th floor. There is a terrace there.
Minus: there is no parking. But in this area, in principle, it does not exist. The transfer can drop you off on the other side of the house or across the street. But this is not critical.
The audibility is very good in the hotel. The walls are thin.
The hotel is quiet. We beat with my husband and child. For overnight stays and breakfasts - great. This hotel is not for noisy company. And for a relaxing time.
I personally liked everything. I came to Istanbul, not to the hotel.
On a budget. Clear. Quietly. In the centre
So. My personal opinion. The most disgusting hotel I've been to. The staff, with the exception of one person, was extremely indifferent, they answered all requests - I don't know, we can't, tomorrow.
They asked for an iron, we don't have it. They asked to change the room, as the air conditioners roared all night - there are no available rooms, however, after walking around the floors there were empty rooms.
They asked to fix the toilet, they said that the repairman would come tomorrow, the result was that no one came.
Breakfast is a piece of amulet and cheaper than sausage.
The only advantage is a place in the center of old Istanbul.
Rooms, conventionally 5x5. It's humid, damp. The toilet is just awful. There's hair everywhere after cleaning. It's just darkness. I do not recommend it!
For those who stayed in a hotel like us, it is only normal to spend the night. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance.Friendly staff, very pleased with the cleaning, it was done every day, towels were changed, daily cleaning. The elevator is small, for 2 people, the room is also small, for 1 adult and 1 child we had enough. The water was always hot, the smell of sewage was certainly unpleasant.Plumbing is a flock, somewhere painted, greased, breakfasts are monotonous, coffee from the machine is not delicious, only apples from fruits, we practically did not eat there. Conclusion, it is better not to choose a package tour, but to book a hotel and flight separately, we will not go there a second time.
A good breakfast, you can have a hearty meal before a long walk around Istanbul.
The rooms are clean, but it's time to repair the toilet doors or replace them with new ones.
I have stayed at this hotel many times, convenient location, good breakfasts for those who get up early, cozy rooms. The staff speaks Russian. There are disadvantages, but these are small things when you spend most of your time outside the hotel in search of impressions))
Quite a decent hotel for your money. Convenient location. The usual breakfast. For 1-2 days it is quite suitable.

Well, first of all, the description of the hotel on the Yandex website does not correspond to reality. This hotel is 3* and it is written everywhere except Yandex. Secondly, when booking and checking into this hotel, you will probably get the wrong room that you ordered and paid for. At the hotel itself, you will be refused a paid room due to the lack of available rooms. And you will live wherever you are given. And thirdly, fourth and fifth - your room is likely to have faulty plumbing, furniture, and electrical appliances.
The hotel is really very shabby and dilapidated.
I am currently at the hotel, a double room with a double bed was ordered and paid for single accommodation, but they settled into a single room, the reception said there were no rooms of the ordered category, but they can give a room with an additional fee the next day!
It's dirty and old, but the staff is very friendly and pleasant, they gave me a room more than I booked, some speak Russian.
The breakfasts are ordinary and good.
I forgot the phone charger there, which I carefully used for 5 years) of course, this has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel's services)
The rooms are a bit old renovated, but very cozy. Friendly staff. The guys at the reception even speak Russian. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Convenient location, there are many shops and restaurants around. The entrance to the subway is on the next street.
Nice cozy hotel, excellent service! The view from the room was to the courtyard, plus there was ventilation nearby and it was very noisy, so I took off the star)
Excellent hotel in terms of price -quality ratio. The very center of the city and affordable prices. You need to book strongly in advance. It is constantly full
Located in the center of Istanbul, Sultanahmet Square, the market is a 15-minute walk away, a good breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. The tram stop is 20 meters away, the metro in the middle of the two entrances to the Marmaray metro is 150-200 m. Suleymania Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. $40 per night.
A HOTEL WITHOUT STARS! Becoming very friendly, friendly, located in the very center. - it's all good stuff! All rooms are about 10 meters with a toilet and everything you can, the door to the toilet does not close anywhere to the end, it is located directly opposite the bed. - lovers are welcome)) breakfast is laid out on plates and covered with a film - I came - a portion (2 eggs, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 slices of tomato, 2 cucumbers, a leaf of lettuce) I received, I drank terrible coffee - I left. To be honest, the first day was a shock, I was looking for something better in the area, but the price tag is horse, no one will return the money, so I changed and stayed.
God forbid you get the 102nd number. This kennel is not like any other picture about bad hotel rooms. The staff speaks Russian poorly, but understands everything. The maid is Russian-speaking, very good. The linen and towels are clean, but the rooms are very small and the headboards beg for dry cleaning, the plumbing also needs repair... Good location, but do not count on comfort, the view from the window into the courtyard is terrifying of course.
It is located in the center near Sultanahmet, a 15-minute walk away. The room is standard, not very large, but we didn't need any more, we only came to spend the night. The breakfasts are good, we were not hungry, everything is standard: coffee, tea, eggs, omelette, Turkish sweets
-
Everything is very old and worn out. The furniture and walls are shabby, the mattress is sagging, the switches do not work
+
Breakfast is normal
Quietly
Close to public transport stops
The hotel is quite modest, but with a convenient location. There are various types of transport nearby. The shower room is small, it's a little cramped for big people. There is no view from the window. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation, everything is audible, absolutely.

We just returned from this hotel. 31.10.21-03.11.21. So : excellent location of the hotel. It is an 8-minute slow walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from Topkapi. 10 minutes to Sultanahmet Square. 10 minutes to the Egyptian Bazaar, 15 minutes to the boats and Galata Bridge. We met very well. The room was triple: one large bed and one for one. The room has everything you need. The room is small but cozy. Every day they cleaned and brought water, tea, coffee, sugar. There is a kettle. The breakfast is great!!! 2 salads (olivier, carrots with garlic), tomatoes, cucumbers, four types of olives, sausages, potatoes, eggs, bread, flatbread, 3 types of cakes, coffee machine-6 types, brewed Turkish tea, cherry and orange juice, milk. Everything is very tasty. Buffet, take and eat like in a super hotel! Tea brewed on a samovar and coffee with cocoa are always free at the reception! The staff speaks Russian. All questions are solved immediately, thank you for that! Thanks to Jabrayil, he speaks Russian well and another employee with glasses - they did not ask for his name ((. We ordered a transfer to the new airport from them with a discount of 30 euros, so everywhere from 35 euros. A minibus arrived, all in leather, with a TV. I really liked the hotel. Keep in mind :two-bed rooms - street view, beautiful view, three-bed rooms in the courtyard without a view (construction site). I liked the hotel. Thank you all! Sergey, Elena, St. Petersburg.
We were vacationing with a friend during the New Year holidays 2020. I really liked the hotel, the cozy rooms are responsive and attentive staff, the rooms are clean. Very convenient location. The metro and tram stop are not far away. Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome are close, literally 1-2 tram stops, you can also walk not far.

An ordinary Stumbul hotel in the center. In its price category, it is neither better nor worse than the rest. The rooms are microscopic, but clean. There is an elevator, which by the way is quite rare in such hotels. There is no sound insulation, but it is almost nowhere. The location is very convenient.
The room stock is very old, the rooms are dirty. The only advantages are the location and the breakfasts. I would not recommend this hotel. I definitely wouldn't have returned to it a second time. And Istanbul is beautiful❤

A small, clean hotel . The staff speaks Russian. Very convenient)) within walking distance from the attractions. The room is cleaned every morning. The breakfasts are passable )
A small, quiet hotel in the Fatih area. The staff speaks Russian.
There are numerous cafes, shops, historical sights, Galata Bridge and Eminenyu embankment with ferry piers within walking distance.
Not a bad hotel. It was very cold in our room. The air conditioner was not working and there was a smell of sewage from the toilet. Since we were there for only one day, we did not get outraged and demand a replacement number
The hotel is located in the historical center, a five-minute walk from Sofia. In conditions of dense construction, GPS coordinates are dancing, in general, I had to twist a little before I arrived at my place of residence. The receptionist is a VERY polite and courteous man. Polyglot, Russian is not a problem. New modern elevator. The rooms are compact, which is the norm for the center of Istanbul. Clear. The interior is fresh. Tea, coffee, kettle, cups, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, slippers were present. Two bottles of water, free of charge, were updated daily. The nuance with the bathroom door is that it is sliding and not airtight (minus one point for this), so... The breakfast is standard, I didn't have time to notice the variety during my two days of stay.
It is very cozy and clean. The room was very tiny, but comfortable. Lots of shelves, hooks. Things will mix up nicely. And a great location- close to the main attractions of the city.
The location is great! Cleanliness! Welcome staff! The only thing that confused me a little was the very modest breakfasts, although actually what do you want for that kind of money)you won't stay hungry, and that's fine)Therefore, a solid five!
