This time I brought a laptop with a problem, the guys did everything perfectly. The bios flew off and they restored it to me. They recommended replacing the cracked cooling cooler and after approval it was replaced (the old one was given to me). They also serviced (replaced the thermal paste).Windows refused to boot after issuing the laptop (this is technology and everything happens). The company refused to give me a laptop in this condition. We apologized for the inconvenience, restored and configured the entire system without charging money for it. I recommend them - they are professionals in their field. I think I will address them more than once.
I applied at the end of July with the replacement of thermal paste and dusting on the laptop. I bought into the reviews, but finally decided to write a review.
1. The cost of the work was announced in principle before the laptop was picked up. OK, but the questions came up and I started asking them.
2. The actual cost. On the website from 60 rubles. 120 are voiced, such as a gaming laptop. OK, again. It became interesting how they determined: the answer is so obvious. Well, it's okay that heaps of modifications are produced in this case and it's not a fact that all are gaming, but again, OK. The cost on the site is okay, a good marketing move.
3. I became interested in what is included in the price. Perhaps 120 rubles seems like a small amount to someone, but I don't think so. At first, there were arguments in the key that it was not the client's business, then it turned out that a super mega cool thermal paste would be used, which is very difficult to get. He clarified whether it would appear in the act of completed works - no.
4. The laptop was normally examined only after the paperwork was completed.
5. There is simply no guarantee for all this.
6. During the inspection, I was persistently offered to contact another service. Obviously, you can't ask questions about the service.
7. They asked for the OS password to test - I don't think it's necessary for someone to pick at my files. He suggested using any drive with the ability to boot from it.
7. After a month and a half, overheating started again. I applied to another service center in Minsk - dried thermal paste. The cost of services is 60 rubles, there is a guarantee. The laptop was opened right in front of me and shown what and how, the cost and timing were announced

The laptop was received on the 26th.They issued a receipt for acceptance and the repair deadline on the 29th.I came on the 2nd to find out how things are, but now we didn't even take the laptop, and when we met the client they said what you came for, we didn't call you about readiness.It's already "respectful."By telling the administrator about the end of the repair date and at the same time not even receiving a call that they are not in time.And that's what I heard in response, we can refuse repairs unilaterally.And on what basis?They took the repair, the time was overdue, THEY DID NOTHING, and in their defense they talk about the refusal, thereby contradicting their own rules-The reason for the refusal?
Next, they offered to leave the laptop, but when asked when they would take it for repair, I received an answer at the level of Sh ... (sharagi), not the company, and the answer was - I do NOT know.

I am not inclined to judge a person, and even more so a group of people, for their actions, but I recommend that specialists think about whether they need such an administrator.After all, it is you who earn both for rent and taxes, and for wages, and for the chair and table at which this receptionist sits, who in turn disrespects customers, thereby losing the rating of this organization.
