Lovely hotel. Very comfortable bungalows. It's all clear. The territory is huge, green and clean. Everything is conveniently located. The staff is responsive and friendly. They speak and understand Russian. At the reception, everything is solved quickly. I highly recommend it and will return there again. There is plenty of food for every taste. A swimming pool and children's slides are available.

We have been going to this hotel for 2 years in a row. The price-quality ratio is on top. We liked everything from the attitude of the staff, to the food and animation. It's fantastic!!! With the kids only there!!!! We just got back! I'm thrilled!!! The child is happy, the most important thing!!!! The animators are super!!! The food is good. The waiters are smart!!!! The beach is with corals, but you can walk 5 minutes to the left and there is a sand sloping entrance. The rooms are good. Of course, it's a good settlement there. We stayed at this hotel at the end of May, we really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, well-maintained territory, beautiful sea. There will probably be commentators on food, we did not go on vacation to eat, the animation was weak, we lacked it, but since we had a great company from different cities there, we created the atmosphere ourselves and we had a lot of fun! In the evening after the show there was a disco until 12, after that everyone went to the bar, there was music until 2 am. But fortunately our company had a column, and we continued to dance until morning)))

Check-in was quick, as we arrived in the evening. In general, we knew where we were going and what the hotel was like. The rooms were clean, cozy, well maintained. We lived in Jasmine's building, it was difficult to get up and down sometimes. What I really liked about this hotel is the green area and awesome animation, show programs in the evenings, especially inspired by the Turkish dance group, very much💔
Everything was delicious and varied in terms of nutrition, probably only the coffee was not very tasty, but who knows how.
I highly recommend going for a massage, they have a dark-haired woman working there, Nadina - maybe that's her name, she does a massage from the heart. To sum up, in general, the hotel is very good for its price, especially for families with children and adult couples, the beach is good pebbles, but in the sea when you go further away there is sand on the bottom, sometimes small fish bite - do not be afraid. When I talked with vacationers, they said that some people have already vacationed in this hotel 16 times 😄 Do you provide?)) I don't understand such people at all, it's just that there are so many cool hotels in Turkey)
Now let's move on to what spoiled the impression of the hotels.
- Waiters and the general manager in the restaurant on the 2nd floor.
We had birthdays for two days in a row, we paid $30 for table decorations and a cake. On the 1st day, it was decorated very beautifully, in the Italian style, everything was super. The next day, the girl had an anniversary, they asked her to decorate the same way as the anniversary, I want everything to be decent, the restaurant manager said, yes, it's good. In the evening, when we came to the festive dinner, we were completely horrified, the table was decorated disgustingly, in blue-maroon napkins and with some horns. In short, the birthday girl's evening was ruined, she cried and left. After a quarrel with the manager, the most important person in the hotel came, another waiter fixed everything, decorated the table very beautifully, in the Baltic style with fresh flowers.
And do you know what the head waiter replied that we didn't leave him a tip, so I decided to screw it up.
Of course, after such a day, there was a residue, in order to somehow diversify the vacation, the next day we booked a boat trip on a yacht. Everything was perfect, the yacht was new, clean, a good toilet, there was even a sleeping place, the guys on the yacht cooked a delicious lunch, they were very polite. We booked with Jamal, you can find excursions of Jamal Alanya or Jamal Celentano in the VKontakte group, something like that. The transfer was also free at the parables and back to the hotel.
Another advantage of the hotel is its location. Nearby there is a bazaar, things, textiles, sweets, souvenirs, everything is there and the cost is adequate)
In fact, I would still return to this hotel if the price was reasonable☺

We just got back today . We rested for 12 days . The territory is beautiful , clean , well maintained . The garden hotel . The food is super , the choice is great . I didn't like the animation, there is practically no animation in the hotel. There is no children 's show . Children are bored . For adults, they do a disco for only one hour, which is a big minus. I understand this is a family hotel, but at least they can't do a disco before one o'clock in the morning. , music is turned off at exactly 23:00.We lived in a bungalow on the ground floor , the whole room is covered in ants , they refuse to do cleaning every day , we had to constantly talk , and the cleaner with a dissatisfied look . The food is normal, not much different from the top five, the chefs cooked delicious too. Maybe only the restaurant premises.... It doesn't feel comfortable in it, does it… The second floor is wonderful! The view of the sea is amazing! But they try not to always let them in there, they wait until the first floor is full. 😕
The room stock is a little "tired", but clean, everything works, there is water and it's good.

A great hotel, at least before the start of the season.
They were dated at the end of April this year. The staff is friendly, they were checked in at 10 o'clock, and not kept until 14. They were immediately sent for breakfast, given a room of a higher class due to the fact that there were few people.
The hotel grounds are very green and well maintained. There is an elevator in the reception building. The lobby is two-storied and quite spacious, the furniture is in good condition. There is a spa and an indoor pool in the basement, but they are only open during the season.
The rooms are pleasant, the renovation is good, the furniture is not shabby. German, Russian and Turkish channels are playing on TV. In the bathroom there is a small dormer window, covered with a mesh, as ventilation. There is a built-in shower cabin, a toilet with a bidet and a large sink. The safe in the room is paid, Wi-Fi is also available, once you can drink drinks from the minibar for free - Cola, Schweppes, fanta and mineral water in bottles of 200-300 ml. There is not much overhead light, so that there is normal lighting, you had to turn on additional bedside lamps. The air conditioner is working, but it is not regulated in any way, what temperature is there and they did not understand. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, a towel rack. It wasn't enough for us, we took a rope with us.
The cleaning is quite average. The main thing for us was to take away the garbage. Once every three days, as promised, I had towels and floors wiped. Water was never left, although on the ground floor, at the entrance to the technical room, it was always in large quantities. As a result, they took it themselves at the bar. Attempts to earn baksheesh for the cleaners were not noticed, swans, etc., too.
There are 4 pools - 2 for children, one for a full adult and one for 4 water slides. While there were few people, we swam in a large pool, but then there were too many children and drunks. There are no lifeguards at the pools. There were sun beds and umbrellas.
The beach is mostly shallow pebbly, some with sun beds with large sand. There are sun beds and umbrellas, wooden decking, gazebos for a fee. There were no rescuers here either, but the flags were being changed. Entering the water on small (~ 2 cm) pebbles may not be very pleasant to the feet. In general, the water is clean, just to the right of the hotel beach there are clusters of stones under the water, where even a couple of species of fish live. The wind blew almost all the days, waves with sand rose, it was not very comfortable to swim, but there was nothing to be done.
There is a small bar between the pool and the beach, they were not particularly interested in alcohol, they took a draught Efes a couple of times. They mostly drank teas, coffee and lemonades. The bartenders are polite, I understand orders in Russian without any problems. There was an opportunity to smoke a hookah for $15.
The territory is combined with Justiniano deluxe, so there is an opportunity to visit their snack bar on the beach, try the guzlems that are baked in front of you and participate in joint activities on the beach and in the amphitheater, spa center. In the early days, when there were few guests, we even ate at their restaurant. Evening shows 50/50, something interesting, something not. There are quite loud discos in the evening.
There are Neva outlet, Alara bazar, Migros, BIM near the hotel. The first one has some clothes and a few souvenirs. Alara Bazaar is about 800 meters from the hotel, on the other side of the d-400 highway. Here you can buy souvenirs for absolutely every taste, there is simply no point in going somewhere else for this, the prices are the same or slightly cheaper than in Alanya. There are pharmacies and leather shops. Grocery stores are small, like Five at home. There are basic goods, a lot of milk and sweets of different variations. There is an aboveground (next to the bus stop) and an underground (next to the car wash) passage to everything on the other side of the highway.
There is also a stop nearby on the highway, from where minibuses take you to Alanya for 55 lira / person. They walk every 15 minutes or so, at all times they could sit down quietly.
In general, I recommend this hotel if you are determined to relax and not look for flaws. With a large number of people, we are already beginning to feel uncomfortable, but we are used to traveling in the off-season.

The water in the sea is +19, people swim in the pool. The pool near the spa is heated. We were in a sauna, a hammam. The room was great and we were given a compliment from the hotel - a large bottle of wine and fruit. The child is happy! The food is normal for such a class / star rating of the hotel, do not expect miracles, it is no different from other hotels. However, there were completely negative reviews in the reviews, as well as laudatory ones on the contrary. Fish, poultry, soups, porridges, grilled sometimes, greens, fruits, desserts (for me, I don't like them in Turkey). In short, it is quite tolerable for 4 stars.
Alcohol, gin, vodka, whiskey, beer are normal. Red and white wines are only dry for an amateur. Also cola, sprite, fanta, juices from concentrate, bottled water everywhere.

Considering the sky-high prices for tours, I decided to visit a 4* hotel for the first time. On the recommendation of a trusted tour operator, I chose Justiniano club Alanya. About the hotel in order.
The territory is small, cozy, green, lots of flowers, flowering trees. Gardeners get credit. There is a decent slope towards the sea and families with small children, strollers, as well as elderly people will find it difficult and uncomfortable to walk up and down.
The hotel's guests are Russians, Germans, Turks, Poles, Czechs, Ukrainians, Bulgarians, French, British, etc. Most of the vacationers are families with children.
The rooms are located in
three-storey bungalows and Jasmine building. The rooms are decent, spacious, with tiles on the floor, which is not very convenient, although it is for an amateur. The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. There are few Russian channels, but that's not what we went for. The safe is paid, $ 1 per day, I paid, because the safety of passports and cash is more expensive. Room cleaning, unfortunately, consists only in taking out the garbage. Three days after checking in, I contacted the reception with a complaint about the lack of cleaning, deigned to wash the floor. Then again, only garbage collection. The sink, toilet bowl, mirrors, shower partition have not even been touched in 9 days. The dust under the beds greeted us and after 9 days said goodbye. There is no shampoo, there is a dispenser with liquid soap, take it with you. The shower drain periodically smells like sewage. The Internet in the hotel is paid, which I encountered for the first time, 2€ per day. If you wanted to cut down on this money, you could not disgrace yourself, but include the Internet in the price of the tour. The only place where there is a network is the lobby, but everything is busy there, people are standing, sitting, lying down. The Internet speed is very low, download a series of your favorite TV series, if it works, it will take at least an hour, download it at home before the trip.
Beach. Imported sand, pebbles, large and small, at the entrance to the sea. The entrance to the sea is steep and after 4-5 meters from the surf line, you can no longer reach the bottom with your feet. If you swim well and do not like to be near the shore, then this is not a problem, there are 100 meters to the buoys, there is a place to roam. But if you are with young children or do not know how to swim, then you will have to be directly near the shore, in a crowd, as in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. The water in the sea is transparent, azure in color, warm. There is no pier, but 40-50 meters from the shore there is a floating pantone with a ladder, you can dive nicely from it. About the deck chairs. At 07:00 there are no more free people, neither at sea nor by the pool, although there are no tourists on these sunbeds either. Some visitors use towels to "book" places even the night before, I have not seen this before. The hotel administration has no influence on this situation.
Animation for adults and children on the fourth floor. In the afternoon, water contests in the pool, aqua aerobics, volleyball, darts, yoga. There is a kids' club, everything is standard there, coloring bags, T-shirts, mini disco in the evening, soku-soku-bachi-bachi, diploma, balloon, cartoons at 21:30.
Evening performances at the proper level, professional groups of dancers and circus performers.
From 23:00 to 01:00 there is a disco with very loud music, if your room is located nearby, you will definitely not fall asleep, but we were lucky.
Animals. There are five fairly large dogs living on the territory of the hotel. Outwardly, they are good-natured, they allow themselves to be stroked, the children feed them. Periodically, these dogs fight with each other. I think that there should be no dogs in a hotel where there are many children. There are cats, too, but for obvious reason, they are lame and skinned. Birds fly, bats in the evening, you can meet small lizards. There are no mosquitoes, flies and wasps are rare.
15 minutes from the hotel, there are shops Migros and Bim, where locals buy groceries and household items (you need to cross the highway via an elevated crossing). There is also a large bazaar where souvenirs, sweets and fakes of famous brands of clothing and shoes are sold, we call it the Chinese market.
The restaurant. Because I was going to the four, I did not expect anything supernatural. They cook well. There is always chicken, often turkey, rarely beef and lamb. Fish almost every day, but very bony, so I took it only once. Lots of stewed vegetables, stews, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, soups, salads, cucumbers, tomatoes. The Turks do not know how to cook milk porridges, which are familiar to us (even in expensive hotels). They offer several varieties of soft cheeses, olives and olives. In the morning, fried eggs or omelets, pancakes, tortillas. I recommend yoghurts, I ate them every morning. From fruits: apples, oranges, nectarines, pears, plums, grapes, watermelon (not all at the same time). Coffee is only soluble in the machine (it is offered as cappuccino, latte, Americano, etc.), tea for 3 points (I understand a little), "jupi" from the machine, cola, sprite, fanta for bottling. Ephesus beer tastes different from bottled beer. The wine is red and white, I haven't tried it. There is a dessert section, everything is sickly sweet, abundantly soaked in sugar syrup. The waiter guys are quite efficient, they quickly clean the tables.
The minus, which for me covers all the advantages of the restaurant, is dirty dishes. The work of many good chefs is offset by the greed of the owner to buy a good dishwasher.
It is better to come to the restaurant by the opening time or about an hour after, otherwise you will have to stand in line for a long time or walk around looking for an empty table.
You can visit one of the a la carte restaurants (Italian, fish or Turkish). Recording the day before, from 11:00 to the right of the reception, people take a queue in advance, from about 10:30. We were in Italian, we liked everything.
Provision of drinking water at the proper level. In the restaurant and bar, bottles of 0.33 liters. Right at the door to the room, packing bottles of 1.5 liters
. Summary. If you are not picky, fly to the sea and can close your eyes to some disadvantages, then this is a place where you can have a good budget and have a good rest. If you need a high level of comfort, and "not very clean" dishes and a dirty room are unacceptable, then it is better to pay extra and go to a more respectable hotel.

The room came across in the Justin building overlooking the sea, on the 4th floor. When leaving, they hung up a sign, threw towels on the floor, by our arrival the room was cleaned and real towels were waiting. Ants were running along the corridor, they didn't come to us because they didn't bring anything sweet to the room.

We had number 1051 with a descent down and with a climb up, as you know, I am not an old woman with a sick heart, but my children and I, plus the heat and heavy meals, could not bear it, this track is of course for an amateur, someone writes it is useful, but I consider it a mockery, because on vacation it is not necessary Absolutely... I really love animals and a dog lives in the family, but when a pack of 7-10 animals moves freely around the territory on vacation, you don't feel comfortable. But this is not the whole animal world in this hotel. In the "restaurant "- dining room, cats eat from the plates of vacationers if they are not removed from the table (plates) in time. Spiders and ants in the room.
