The rooms are quite normal, no one is going to clean them: wash the sink or shower - no, they have not heard. If you're lucky, they'll change the towels and use a dry mop on the floor. What I want to say:the problems started with the settlement. Our room that we ordered was occupied and we were put in another one, the next day we had to waste time and move instead of resting, it took all morning.
The rooms are not fresh, dirt, dust, the problem with the air conditioner, and not only in our room. The refrigerator did not work, I called the master twice and he tried to convince me that this was a normal job and it should be like this. As for the room cards, they gave out only one, citing that they did not have enough for everyone, and the one that was constantly demagnetized and therefore we often went to the reception and asked to replace it, plus we came to a stuffy room.
There were problems with the Internet , I worked only next to the reception , and people also had problems with the paid one .
There was a moment when the lights in the hotel were turned off and, accordingly, we had to walk up to the 7th floor, since the elevators were not working. Okay, my son and I, but we met an older woman on the stairs, it was very hard for her to walk even when it was so hot.
By the way, the temperature in the elevator was always 30 degrees, imagine how stuffy it was.

The food is meager, very meager- pasta of all kinds, which I can cook at home) fish is only one and the one with small bones that you have to sit for half an evening to choose. The distribution works only on the ground floor and queues for the same pancakes must be defended (( our family is not "early risers", so we are used to having breakfast on vacation at 9-10, but the trouble is - by this time they stop putting out any food, because breakfast starts at 7 a.m. To drink green tea, you need to buy it at a store outside the territory, only Turkish is available at the hotel. Of the sweets, only baklava, everything else is impossible to eat. Sunbeds on the beach are sorely lacking, but no one cares. Although the hotel will approach you and ask what is not satisfactory, but in fact, just to write it down, the same thing happened with our windows - the designer projected a trash can and a tray, you know, by the evening there was a mountain of dirty dishes on it, from which cockroaches were observed on the balcony, I'm silent about ants. We tried to drag the tray further away from the balcony so that it would not bother anyone, but the staff bring it back and it is very annoying and shows the attitude towards vacationers. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to people who were in the top five and are already used to a more varied diet and a responsive attitude. I put two stars on the sea, it still corrects the mood, although we haven't seen such a dirty one in 10 years either! Have a good rest, always check what you are paying for
