A 4* hotel that needs to be given 6*

The territory is large, pools are everywhere for every taste and age. The animation is good. For both children and adults.
The hotel is ideal for a family.

We returned yesterday morning, rested from the end of August to the beginning of September. The hotel was occupied by 150%- despite this, the employees coped by 5+. Very good for children - both slides and strong children's animation - I usually left for an hour for theme parties: drawing on stones, Indian day, cowboy day, pizza was cooked, thanks to the guys - Slava, Lilya, Gleb, a red-haired Turkish girl. Saltwater pools👍 sea😍 clean beach. The issue of pebbles is solved by aquashouses. Delicious food, managed to get into the alyakart- also great. The playground is also there. The hotel is probably the best in my entire life! I rest 3 times a year in different places, but I'll probably come back to this!!! The service is 5+ . Cleanliness! The food and animation are at the highest level!!! I really liked the morning exercises in the mornings especially. An experienced coach leads the way! The sea is clear! There are a lot of sun beds! No need to borrow at 6 in the morning! Also, trips to the city and nightclubs are a lot of fun. There is silence at night because there is a disco in the basement, you can't hear it. The room was cleaned tolerably well, if you left a tip, they always twisted the figures and scattered fresh flowers. We returned yesterday. So-so hotel. You can describe it in one word - a queue. Queues are everywhere: breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, tortillas - everywhere!! The room stock is old. Our room did not have a hood in the bathroom. Our bungalow was located on the mountain itself, sometimes it was difficult to walk straight. Aunts in the dining room are not very worried about sanitation: unwashed eggs are immediately beaten on a baking sheet and given with raw yolk. A raw egg mixture is poured over the finished omelet. The beach is a pebble, the legs are straining. Sometimes the music on the evening shows is terribly loud. One of the advantages is the wonderful sea. In seven days, no ice caps were found on the beach even at 7 a.m., everything was occupied with towels from the night. We definitely won't be coming back here.

We recently visited the Justiniano club alanya 4* hotel. We stayed there for a week and generally enjoyed the vacation. A wonderful hotel on the 1st line from the sea. Our room was superior and was located in a 4-storey bungallo on the top floor. There are most of these bungallos on the territory of the hotel, this is the middle class. There was an economy class option. They would have lived in a multi-storey separate building farthest from the sea and the restaurant Jasmin. We always had time for breakfast, we got up without alarm clocks at about 8:50-9:00 in the morning. As for the food. There is so much food that you can eat half a day at breakfast. The choice is huge. There are a lot of pastries and flour products such as pancakes, pancakes, croissants, pies, etc., as well as a lot of salads, jams, snacks. There was always soup at lunch, and 2 types. I also remember that they gave French fries, baked potatoes, pasta. Meat, fish, are made right in front of you. There are a lot of salads. Dinner is about the same, but there are more types of meat and fish. We've heard a lot from people that they don't feed well here, it's not like that at all. The rooms are quite normal, no one is going to clean them: wash the sink or shower - no, they have not heard. If you're lucky, they'll change the towels and use a dry mop on the floor. The cleaner likes to come in during her nap and thus not clean up. But hordes of cockroaches (such large ones, 5 centimeters) will stay in the room, and at the reception they find it very funny. The moderators will reject the photo, apparently in collusion with the hotel administration.
Nutrition is generally not so bad. But! Flies in the restaurant! They crawl on food, clean plates, on legs under the table and bite!! Something has to be done about it!! For breakfast, the downside for us was the lack of scrambled eggs, which are made in all hotels. There are glazes, yes. But I can't risk giving it to children - raw yolk from unwashed eggs - to catch salmonella - there's nothing to do. Besides, the woman handing out this ill-fated glaze looks like she's giving it to pigs. There are also boiled eggs, but even here there is an ambush - they are not cleaned in any way, you can get the maximum yolk, and then not boiled in a steep way. Yogurt is very lacking in either canned fruits or dried fruits. Yes, there is jam, honey, but not everyone eats sugar.
The dinners and lunches are decent, there is not enough meat, it seemed that meatballs and other soy products.
The sea is gorgeous, small and very small pebbles, the clearest water, but this is not the merit of the hotel staff. There are not enough sun loungers, although there are many of them.
In general, of course, the price this year is inadequate for such a level of the hotel, I think it is necessary to put a bold dot on vacation in Turkey!!!

We had a rest with our son from July 24 to August 3, 2023.
What I want to say:the problems started with the settlement. Our room that we ordered was occupied and we were put in another one, the next day we had to waste time and move instead of resting, it took all morning.
The rooms are not fresh, dirt, dust, the problem with the air conditioner, and not only in our room. As for the room cards, they gave out only one, citing that they did not have enough for everyone, and the one that was constantly demagnetized and therefore we often went to the reception and asked to replace it, plus we came to a stuffy room.
There were problems with the Internet , I worked only next to the reception , and people also had problems with the paid one .
There was a moment when the lights in the hotel were turned off and, accordingly, we had to walk up to the 7th floor, since the elevators were not working. Okay, my son and I, but we met an older woman on the stairs, it was very hard for her to walk even when it was so hot.
By the way, the temperature in the elevator was always 30 degrees, imagine how stuffy it was.
As for the food, I want to say that only for this third check-in, but otherwise I would have put only two.

The food was monotonous and a lot .The animations are very interesting (especially the presenter)
Children are also well occupied, but children's animations are also partially paid !
And the main disadvantage is wi-fi for a fee (week 17 $), you only need to go to the conference room, but there are a lot of people there.
We lived in bungalows rooms 3204-3205, the view from them is gorgeous (the sea is just stunningly clean and beautiful)

Porridge in the morning. Fried egg and baked goods. There are always soups for lunch: solyanka, pickle, etc. Stewed vegetables, side dishes. Dinner is also something to choose from. The rooms are well cleaned. But there are two big disadvantages in the hotel: the lack of sun loungers on the beach and the louts in the spa. Otherwise, the hotel even pulls in a five. Disgusting, I don't know who writes laudatory reviews, now we have been resting here for 5 days, and since there are no changes, it's time to write a review (let's start with checking in - we waited all 4 hours almost until 14 o'clock at the reception with suitcases, since the flight was early. When the room was ready, it lacked neither towels nor a mini-bar (but it was not so important to us, so we went to the reception to ask for only the missing towels, which were brought to us 2 days later at the second request, as well as changed towels in principle. The food is meager, very meager- pasta of all kinds, which I can cook at home) fish is only one and the one with small bones that you have to sit for half an evening to choose. The distribution works only on the ground floor and queues for the same pancakes must be defended (( our family is not "early risers", so we are used to having breakfast on vacation at 9-10, but the trouble is - by this time they stop putting out any food, because breakfast starts at 7 a.m. To drink green tea, you need to buy it at a store outside the territory, only Turkish is available at the hotel. Of the sweets, only baklava, everything else is impossible to eat. Sunbeds on the beach are sorely lacking, but no one cares. Although the hotel will approach you and ask what is not satisfactory, but in fact, just to write it down, the same thing happened with our windows - the designer projected a trash can and a tray, you know, by the evening there was a mountain of dirty dishes on it, from which cockroaches were observed on the balcony, I'm silent about ants. We tried to drag the tray further away from the balcony so that it would not bother anyone, but the staff bring it back and it is very annoying and shows the attitude towards vacationers. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to people who were in the top five and are already used to a more varied diet and a responsive attitude. I put two stars on the sea, it still corrects the mood, although we haven't seen such a dirty one in 10 years either! Have a good rest, always check what you are paying for
