Excellent location, near the embankment, the new PortMall shopping center. Upon check-in, we made an upgrade with a sea view. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. There is a SPA, a sauna with panoramic views.
The only thing you can put a four on is breakfast. I had breakfast in the Lounge one day, made a strange omelet (thin and slightly burnt), I thought it probably depends on the cook. The next morning I went to a shared restaurant - the same thing. I do not know whether the serving, or the serving and variety of dishes ..., the quality, but the status of the hotel is clearly lagging behind. It was noticeable to me.
The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The service is excellent. Food and breakfasts for a solid four. The room is clean and comfortable, the room is spacious. The location is in the very center of the city. The view from the window is beautiful (especially if it is the embankment of the Caspian Sea).
One disadvantage: I did not find a toilet brush in the room.
We vacationed with our family at this hotel in June and were completely delighted. Great friendly service - they replaced both rooms for us for free and upgraded to sea view when we complained about the noise in the rooms. The rooms are comfortable, a little noisy, but those from the sea are quite quiet. The cleaning is excellent, daily, in the evening, in your absence, the room is additionally prepared for bedtime. Good variety of European breakfasts. A great pool with few people at any time. The location turned out to be great for us - three shopping malls within walking distance, not far from the airport. The sea view rooms have a great view of Neftyanikov Avenue and Flame Towers, especially at night. We are very happy with our stay, we will be happy to come back again!

For the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel and the location-a solid five. But the service spoils the whole impression. More precisely, its absence.
We approach the hotel at the reception-all the counters are empty, 3 people (staff) are talking at one, they are talking so enthusiastically that they pay zero attention to us. We both coughed and tapped the card on the counter-zero attention. Five minutes later, they finally broke away from each other and began to register us.
There are 2 bottles of water in the room, 0.33. This is not enough for two adults. It is clear that I called and asked to bring water, but it is more convenient that it is already in the room, rather than waiting for it for 10 minutes.
Eviction is a separate song. At 11 o'clock, our card was blocked (although check-out is at 12), which of course no one warned us about. As a result, I had to wait at the reception for 25 minutes to get the key. We missed breakfast because of the long wait. When I'm the manager (blonde with black roots)at the reception, she told us to take our luggage down (there was one suitcase), she said-well, go up yourself and pick it up. Of course, no one helped to carry the suitcase to the taxi.
We fell in love with the beautiful city of Baku, but I would never recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
The service is three-fold.
The room is generally OK, but.... the watering can in the shower works like a Kercher in a car wash. It just hurts like a jet of water. The staff changed it, but they put the same one. As a result, I swapped the watering cans in the shower and bathtub myself. Next, the upper shower is the same story. Switch from watering can to shower ... You won't be able to switch with wet hands. There are no brushes. As you wish, so be it...
The staff is male ... All three of them. The female staff is trying to do what they can.
I asked at the counter how much a taxi to the airport costs. They said 40 manats. They said they would give you change from 100. But they gave the change, but not 60, but 50, and they consider everything normal. And so it is everywhere.
The nozzles in the bowl with "hot" water did not work in the pool. In the hammam, everything is turned off 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time.
We came together, but for some reason there was only one spoon in the room, etc.
From what I liked, this is an exchanger right at the ATM and lunches at the hotel.
If you leave a tip, they will clean up better than without a tip. And in general, the service fee is always included in the bill, but they still want to get a tip from above. It's the same all over the city.

Disgusting service and completely unqualified staff. Today, on 07/06/2024, tourists were not settled for a long time, citing the lack of reservations in the system. The young man at the reception introduced himself as the head and did not consider the presented voucher as a document. Extorted money for check-in. When the noise was raised, the reservation was magically found in the system. I think that for this level of hotel. the staff must be selected competent and qualified. It is a pity that from the first minutes the hotel left a heavy sediment. By the way, they didn't even apologize to the guests! It is unlikely that I will ever recommend this hotel to our tourists.

The hotel is normal. The location is good, the view and the rooms are five. I liked a lot of things, minus the noise insulation in the rooms. The conversation itself is heard, you can understand what they are talking about and even probably participate in the conversation 😂
