I ordered the chair to be delivered to jysk, as a result, it was "allegedly delivered" to my address, but I did not answer the phone, the order status changed to "delivered". In reality, no one called me. You won't get a response on the official mail. They respond somehow every other time in support on facebook. As it turned out, they got my number mixed up, they have some kind of completely left-hand number in their system that I didn't tell them and couldn't tell them. They took the chair back to the warehouse (if they brought it at all). All communication is difficult, the staff is not particularly interested in helping, and half of the messages are ignored. As a result, they agreed to refund the money within 5 business days and did not return it (at the time of writing the review, it had been more than 2 weeks since I was waiting for a refund).
Now the support just ignores my messages. As a result, jysk literally "stole" ~ $170 from me and a lot of my personal time to communicate with stupid support, which no one will compensate me for.
In total, jysk employees accumulated at all stages of delivery - they did not bring my thing, made me guilty of this, allegedly I did not take the phone. They completely ignored my letters to the official mail, ignored my messages for weeks in other communication channels, when they answered, they were stupid and asked for all the information several times (of course, I have time to tell them the order number 10 times in the same chat), they did not refund the money. I do not recommend ordering delivery, you will be dealing with lazy and stupid people who are prone to deception and fraud.
