I ordered individual insoles and, unfortunately, they did not fit in size. That is, they are right next to the foot, but they become short when used in shoes - the fingers hang over the insole, rub against the edge and discomfort is created when walking. The insoles are thick, about 5 mm. I really liked the product, but I can't wear it.
I called and asked how I could fix it. They asked me to come. Arrived. They took off the dimensions again, looked at the insoles of my shoes, said that the director would look and call in a couple of days. They called, said come again when the technician is there, they say we'll look again. OK, I've arrived.
The director came out, told me for 20 minutes that they make insoles for the size of the foot, not for shoes, and they say my problems are that I don't wear shoes exactly the size of the insole (and I sincerely don't understand how shoes can not rub if they are the size of the insole - photo below). Then I heard that they have tremendous experience, "thousands" of satisfied customers, a large number of people worked on creating my insoles, the highest qualified orthopedist, and I am still dissatisfied with something. I ate it, and I persistently continue to explain that the insoles do not suit me, and I want to solve this issue because I cannot use them comfortably. The director asks to stand on the insole again, says that everything is done well, wear it and do not complain, and goes to his office. Param-param-pam.
A technician was invited. The technician realized the problem, wiped the bottom of the insole, adjusted it to the width. The insoles moved forward of the shoe and the foot became more comfortable. That's it. Thank you. Even so.
After spending a total of 4 visits to the office, 270 rubles, 2 weeks of waiting, I received insoles that were not sharpened from below using technology and, as a bonus, 20 minutes of very uncomfortable communication with the director for the psyche, in line - when you come with a problem in the service rendered, and you are "the fool himself".

The administrator (she was on shift on November 5) is extremely unfriendly, with a face like "how you all got me." The insoles were ordered here. This is definitely the end of the visits here. If necessary, we will turn to another place.
The prices certainly bite, but the approach to treatment is appropriate! Actually, the child's flat feet were practiced - orthopedic insoles were made to order specifically for her foot! The doctors are competent!
