Firstly, when draining the old oil, they tore off the thread and said that your bolt was broken and you need to change the pallet cover, we will put our own bolt, but it does not fit, so we will cover it with sealant.
The next time you change the oil, you just need to pump it out.
Secondly, when the oil filter was installed, the mount was broken, and when I went, the oil began to flow out a little, and later it poured into everything, but the service station warranty had already passed.
Therefore, if you want to change the oil, buy from them, but change it elsewhere.

A good HUNDRED! A working sprinter is constantly being serviced and repaired there! The guys know their stuff! Everything is always done and assembled with high quality - you don't have to restore something yourself later! Prices are average in Minsk, maybe even slightly below average. All the masters (communicated with 4) are calm, polite! They are constantly helping out!!! I recommend it!

We contacted the service station for questions with electrics. The car was dealt with for a day. We did not have time to drive away from the service station, as the same error with which we applied for repair again appeared on the scoreboard. They recommended riding for a day or two (it will suddenly disappear), if not, come back. "Suddenly" did not happen. I naively thought that they would fix it under warranty. It turns out that they cannot find the cause of the error, and all their repairs are based on the "poke" method! - one thing didn't help, let's try another, the third... someday we'll be lucky. And I have to pay every time for their assumptions. I didn't come to a fortune teller, but to an auto electrician.
