This is a very beautiful place to relax, there is a cafe where you can have a snack and drink tea, coffee or drinks, admire the beautiful sunset and take beautiful photos. And you can also have a picnic .I would recommend visiting this park

It is a great place to get away from the chaos of Istanbul. It makes it even more beautiful that there are no barbecue smells. There are cafes and restaurants on the edge. Currently, two people can have a pleasant meal for 1000-1500 TL. If you went on a weekend, you can also have a more convenient meal with a 1-2-hour wait at the IBB soyal facility. It will be nice to spend time on the lawn with your chair and thermos.

The lake can be revived by doing activities around it.Also, there is an abandoned cafe in the middle of the lake, it definitely needs to be removed.
