I am a customer of yours who often visits your restaurant and I come twice a week. Your service and food are always excellent, thank you for your effort. However, on my last visit, I noticed that the tip service was added directly to my account. I usually prefer to give the tip directly to employees at my discretion, but it bothered me that it was added compulsively in this way. I would like to ask you to reconsider this issue.
