This year, Cable networks were installed for the first time, before that there was Kazakhtelecom. We are very glad that we have started to cooperate! Firstly, it is cheaper than other companies, secondly cheaper does not mean worse, the Internet speed freely allows three computers to work on the network at the same time while watching movies on a TV in a browser, thirdly, it is of course an impeccable 24/7 service, they will always help, solve any problem, quickly and efficiently. And of course, a polite, I would even say respectful attitude towards each client! Thanks to this company for the excellent organization of work!

You call support, one answer is: everything is working well OR is the service / site slowing down, we can't do anything here
The service guys come and try to solve the issue.
UPD: I have a Keenetic router, so that there is no desire to nod in his direction
UPD1: the IT support guys contacted and asked for logs and tracer. I reset the router to "zero" to remove the clean indicators. Everything has become more stable. Most likely they are changing DNS or something else. In general, reset the router first (only those who understand)
UPD2: I will change the rating to a normal one from 1 to 4 thanks to the specialists.
