UPD: I have a Keenetic router, so that there is no desire to nod in his direction
UPD1: the IT support guys contacted and asked for logs and tracer. I reset the router to "zero" to remove the clean indicators. Everything has become more stable. Most likely they are changing DNS or something else. In general, reset the router first (only those who understand)
UPD2: I will change the rating to a normal one from 1 to 4 thanks to the specialists.

At first, I increased the speed of the national Internet to 200 Mbps, the speed showed consistently good, but at the same time troilus was not childish. For 2 weeks I tried to call back, negotiate, they replied that there were network failures all over Kazakhstan, as a result, I broke the contract and switched to Cable networks, I did not regret it at all.
