After a five-minute appointment with a doctor (which costs 82 rubles and how can a complete eye diagnosis be performed in 5 minutes?)We were told that they would not be able to do the operation. Supplies are waiting in August, and that's not for sure! That is, we gave 82 rubles, came from another city, waited for the reception for more than a month to find out that they would not have consumables until August?! Why such a negligent attitude? Really, it was impossible to say this over the phone, we waited in line for almost two months. The rudeness of the junior staff is off the scale! We came for a paid appointment and a paid operation, there is not even an elementary respectful attitude! On the way back, the same nurse decided to rudely hook us up again. Again, no one touched her or even looked in her direction! As a result - wasted time, money, spoiled mood and complete disappointment! I would like to appeal to the employees of this department! People come to you from other cities, leave their jobs, plan operations and opportunities, and the staff is not trained in basic politeness! It is necessary to consult completely at the initial stage by phone! And if something changes, you can call patients on the eve of the appointment, this is done in all clinics! The 21st century is in the yard after all!
