Terrible company. Scammers.
I was "lucky enough " to contact them.
We bought a non-working water heater on 03/17/2025. Inside the box was an invoice dated 01/25/2025 from another buyer from Taraz. In other words, the product was re-sold to us. When I called the customer who purchased it in January, he said I made a refund because the item was out of order. We immediately called the seller 10 minutes later to make a refund. And here the nightmares began. The seller refused the refund. We were sent to the service center when they opened everything that had already burned out. A certain Roman, the head of the technical department, is a terrible boor, rude, and does not know how to communicate with clients at all. Today, 03/20/2025, we cannot get our money back. If you want a whole nerve, don't buy anything from them. When I started reading the reviews, I wasn't the only one facing a similar situation. When defective goods are shipped from one city to another city, maybe it will be a ride.
