The 18th Sekbanlar Mosque, which is considered the longest named mosque in Istanbul; Kadi Husameddin Laundromat Hacı Mustafa Efendi is the Sekbanlar Mosque. As soon as you step into the mosque, the intimacy of the Anatolian Neighborhood or village mosques envelops you in the tiny metropolis.
For the first time during the reign of Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent, the Istanbul Cadi Hüsameddin Çelebi had the mosque built in 1540. Later, when the 18 sekbans with a grave here are added to the cemetery area mosque, the name of the 18 Sekban is added to the mosque.
