I have to share my disappointment in connection with the service in one of the medical institutions of the Samarkand region. I have high blood pressure for the third day, and I am undergoing treatment with ivs. However, on Sunday, the clinic where I was put on ivs was not working, so I went to another hospital.
Unfortunately, they rudely refused to help me there, saying that skipping one day would not cause serious consequences. But in practice this is not the case: if I do not receive the medicine on time, I get severe irritation around the eyes and intense headaches begin. Given that I also have a traumatic brain injury, this attitude is unacceptable.
The approach of Mansurov's employee Negmurot turned out to be especially unpleasant. Instead of helping, he openly hinted at a bribe, despite the fact that the institution is state-owned. Such an approach to patients and an attempt to profit from their problems are unacceptable, especially in public medical institutions.
I hope that the management will take measures so that such cases do not happen again, and patients receive proper medical care without delay and extortion.
