Why are the reviews so bad?
A great pastry shop, better than the neighborhood chain Mado, for sure. We took kunefe, baklava of various kinds, kazandibi (this dessert is just awesome here, such a sweet toffee with a crust), pudding with mastic (this is just an awesome taste, the last time I ate ice cream with mastic in Greece), ice cream is by the way correct, sticky and with threads. The coffee filter seemed to me to be one of the best for two trips to Istanbul, it's a pity they don't sell coffee in packs to take home.
In general, I often visited this place to drink tea and eat unusual sweets for us.
