A place in a beautiful place, but that's it. I don't know where 4.9 came from. It seems to me that Abkhazians have learned to wind up reviews. The service is in Abkhazian, no one came up for 20 minutes, although 8 waiters saw us and sat there. As a result, they got up and left. 10% is included in the Service, so there is no need to work, and family businesses are everywhere in Abkhazia, granddaughters of daughters work. I read several reviews that meat was poisoned there. I think God took it away. Don't eat there, the locals advised apatshu at the train station.

An atmospheric place. It's worth having a cup of coffee there at least. We ate boats. It's all good. We easily reached the cafe by car. The other two waterfalls can only be reached on foot or with local people on a UAZ.

We waited for the order for 40 minutes (instead of 15-20 as it was said), the waitress who took it did not appear at all until we asked for the bill. The hodgepodge was brought 150 grams instead of the 400 declared. There are 2 small pieces of meat in the kharcho. The egg was already hard-boiled in the boats when it was brought to us. The beer is just tasteless. But 10% for the service was included in the bill, despite the whole situation, they did not try to correct our dissatisfaction in any way.

Yesterday I went on an excursion to the waterfalls, the guide recommended this cafe to everyone. At first, everything was fine. The meat was delicious in Abkhazian, the boat with an egg, to be honest, is not the most delicious that I have tasted in my life, there is no cheese at all in the sides, only in the middle, and then very little. The egg is baked very hard, usually it should spread.
After 5 hours, nausea began, belching with this meat in Abkhaz (sorry for the details). A strong chill began, I began to shake, the temperature rose, I began to vomit and at the same time diarrhea, it's good that there is a sink and a toilet nearby in the room. Then I ran to the toilet all night, throwing up every 20 minutes. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. I didn't drink alcohol, I washed my hands, and that day I only had breakfast at my hotel, I never poisoned myself there. And besides, it was this meat in Abkhazian with tomato sauce that made me vomit.

We ordered kharcho, noodles with chicken, a boat with an egg and tea. Haocho is very spicy, but that's okay - the peculiarities of the national cuisine. I must say - a portion of the best. But the boat was not baked. I didn't have time to turn brown and the dough was half-baked. Considering the prices, it is extremely unpleasant. Well, at least they didn't get poisoned, as many here said.

A great place, beautiful waterfalls, but the path to the waterfalls leaves much to be desired. It's nice to be in the cafe, there is a fireplace and access to the waterfall, I liked khachapuri on Adjara (boat with egg), The prices of course upset, but you can survive.

In 2022, my family and I ate meat in Abkhazian, the next day we spent the whole day in the room, specifically in the toilet. Now I visited this place again (unfortunately the only one closest to the waterfalls), well, from 6 a.m. it all started again, only after kharcho and khachapur. This is terrible, please take care of yourself.

I was with my husband on an excursion as part of a group. They all sat down at one big table. The accounts are separate. The menu is very poor.
Khachapur was brought delicious, meat in Abkhazian is not very good, to put it mildly. It is dried and then fried without anything in oil, like a crust.
When they asked for the bill, the waitress was rude to us, said that with our five thousandth we would sit here and wait until other people came and she had enough change. All this with such an expression on our face as if we had come as homeless people and asked for a piece of bread to nibble and owed her something very much personally. There were eye rolls in a fit of indignation at our payment.
We do not recommend it. Our entire group of 7 people was not satisfied!

At the tunnel entrance on the way to the restaurant there is a car that brazenly collects 300 rubles per person. The impression of the restaurant was very spoiled, since the road is broken, there is a lot of garbage along the roads, and it seemed that the money was collected just by a person from the outside who has nothing to do with waterfalls.
