A cafe? I didn't notice any signs of a cafe. Departmental eatery. But there is a dining room nearby and it is quite good, but very cramped. There is no parking, this is the territory of the enterprise, although entry is not restricted. It's the turn for lunch, but you can have time to eat. Do you want coffee? There is a coffee machine in the cafe. You can also order food from the dining room and sit there, because the main stream of people is in the canteen.
