Advantages of the cafe:
* Courteous staff
* Pleasant interior
* Convenient location.
Disadvantages:
*They charge a service fee for everything (I understand for the service, but I don't understand for the takeaway). As a rule, well-known cafes and restaurants also provide a discount for takeaways.
*kitchen (we ordered shish kebab and khachapuri with cheese. The barbecue was terrible, it seemed like they fried frozen meat, and eventually gave it to a local dog.

This coast is one of the kindest and most sincere places, the music can be a little noisy, but still food and drinks are served quickly, the staff is responsive and smiling, excellent chicken kebab (we ate dry so many times that we already thought it was the norm), and here exceeded all expectations, we ate shish kebab here, everything is wonderful. The homemade wine is not bad, not "grandfather's sock" and not vinegar (at least in the other two establishments it was).
In general, I recommend it for sincere evening gatherings)

The cafe is not bad, but the music is turned on very loudly, a man who tears his voice is generally a separate topic, take pity on him and our ears. I want to come to a cafe to chat while sitting over a glass of wine, and then the music is screaming at the top, of course, I understand that there are those who are eager to dance, well, 3-4 songs and a break can be done, and not deafening music to the last customer-this is not a disco club!!!

Great cafe! Thanks a lot to Madina! Throughout the entire vacation in 2022, we spent time in the evenings, thank you so much for the opportunity to relax and dance. The barbecue is just super! The vegetables on mongol are very tasty, there are French fries for children - in general, all the dishes are very tasty, keep it up!

You know, although it's expensive here, it's delicious! You come here to eat and you are always warmly welcomed, smiling! Thanks to Madina and Lorena, they are wonderful waitresses 🙏🏻 Thanks to Chef Mikhail too, when he sees little visitors, he tries to make it even tastier! The truth is, this is Abkhazian hospitality! I recommend it! The pizza here is delicious, we loved fish soup, there are many more delicious things, but these are our favorite dishes. And in the evenings there are incendiary dances and songs performed live.

It's quite good to have a snack without frills. Khachapur(and), khinkal(and), rustic meat are cooked deliciously. Two adults and two children ate about 1.5-2 tr with 1 bottle of local beer and 3 bottles of local mahito lemonade. It was a little annoying that some local hard workers who came later began to be fed faster, but perhaps there were some duty dishes for them. There was also meat (beef) in a rustic way every other day, and the second time the vegetables in the dish were tastier and more diverse. The waiter explained that it was the first time the cook was on shift. I have always wanted to eat local dishes in a cafe on the beach overlooking the sea, in the shade of grapes or figs. Apparently there is no toilet there.
In general, I recommend visiting.

We ordered pizza and a boat with us. In general, it is tolerable, maybe even good for the local place. But the boat was put in a plastic tray, which melted from the temperature. This is hardly the norm for catering. The pizza is bland, the dough is wrong, dumplings, the sauce is tasteless. The price is 500 rubles.

We wanted to order breakfast porridge (buckwheat) for our daughter at lunch, and for ourselves according to the main menu. They refused to cook porridge. I quote, "we have SUCH dishes prepared in the kitchen there, we are not up to your porridge." As a result, they left. The menu is old, all the labels have been erased, nothing is visible. The prices are not cheap. There is nothing to feed a 2-year-old child.

We rested nearby in the Arbik boarding house. We came here to eat. We liked everything, we tried shish kebab, baked trout, meat with cheese, Idaho potatoes, chacha, very tasty asytsbal sauce. The food is fresh and delicious. I would like to mention pomegranate juice separately. 10% of the service fee is immediately added to the bill, as elsewhere in Abkhazia.

This is where the positive aspects end.
The service, for which 10% is charged, is completely absent. First, you wait until your order is accepted, while one of the waitresses is out of work and does not pay any attention to the customers.
Next, that waitress, who is sitting idle, had a fight with the customers. I think I was trying to short-count them or something. As a result, they apologized to people. Next, I ask for the bill from the same person, because our waiter is busy. After another wait of more than 10 minutes, we had a verbal conflict after I expressed my dissatisfaction with such service. Instead of trying to smooth over the corners and apologize for what happened, this employee arranged another conflict within 30 minutes, but with me. Constantly repeating that our table does not belong to her and it does not matter to her that this is one institution. Her mouth does not close at all and apparently she does not know at all what the service sector and working with people are.
We wanted to come back tomorrow, because they still cook delicious, but we definitely won't go. I hope the owner of this establishment at least sometimes reads reviews here. With such a staff job, you won't get far. The only thing that saves you is the beautiful view and the absence of other normal cafes nearby.

They don't have lunch at half past eleven! Just breakfast! Only CHEESECAKES. And the staff is sitting at the tables in the hall and drinking tea. Holy shit!!!
Music... I'm surprised that, if I may say so, no one has punched this "singer" in the face. There seems to be a voice, but it's terrible to spoil the simplest songs like that!!!

The waitresses simply ignored and went to serve the locals, who came much later. Upon repeated request to bring the menu, which was waited for 20 minutes at that time, the spouse was surrounded with mats, during the altercation, the cafe owner began to threaten her wife and wanted to hit her. They threatened to call somewhere so that we would not be allowed to go to Abkhazia anymore.

Not only that *censored (very bad place)* and tips are included in the bill (by local standards, both are normal), as well as the price tag in Gagripsha (the top most pretentious restaurant in Abkhazia). Literally: trout was counted for 850 rubles, in Gagripsha 690.
All this is accompanied by super-cool Russian "music", which even in a rural disco is a shame to turn on, turned on at full volume. At the same time, the "DJ" sings along into the microphone.
