If possible, I would give -1 a star! We had a rest on July 14, 2025. I've been to this place for the third time and never set foot there again! You've ruined the holiday for yourself and for people vacationing nearby! The waiters are not competent, the receptionist is terrible, but I don't say anything about the director..! The order was made in a few weeks, the order was confirmed in a day! As a result, the alcohol was not available, which was ordered. The appearance of the snacks was funny to look at. The meat was not fresh, but it was all certified. I had to have a fight to get it replaced. The hot dishes are not delicious, the beef was boiled as if. It's all mixed up with the hot side dish. When they went to pay off, they wanted to cheat there too! The owner of the place promised free admission to karaoke for spoiling the evening, but when I arrived at karaoke, they wanted to shake us off for admission.

Waiters are a separate kind of pain when they tell you : it slipped my mind and I was stupid and forgot to tell you that there was no bread , after 30 minutes , and 30 minutes everyone was looking for it ! When they say it 's hot to wait 1 hour , but they took it out 2.5 hours later and not for everyone , and they said in response : What do you want? I don't cook it, and it's the administrator! I do not recommend visiting this institution!!!!!!!!! And we went there , because there was no place in the city . And this is the last place where there was a table, but it was the first and last time we came to this cafe !

You go to the administrator of the "hotel" through the sauna / karaoke / cafe hall and a crowd of tipsy people.
A three-storey country house with walls without sound insulation. The rooms do not seem to know a vacuum cleaner - they do not clean up - garbage in buckets from previous guests, tufts of hair everywhere on the floor, the inscriptions "disinfected" are firmly glued to the plumbing, there is a kettle, but there is no water for tea, etc. Breakfast (included) is the most wonderful event.
After paying 150 b / r, you are informed that you can order tea / coffee and only one dish in the cafe - porridge or omelet and further down the list - there are price tags, but you can not even buy by choice.
After inconvenient questions and a "small oriental bazaar", they enter the breakfast order table with the exact time - 08.30, when you can come, 2 dishes - tea, a cheese sandwich and porridge + omelet,
At 08.20 In the morning they were surprised at the early arrival. Because nothing was ready, then each dish in turn had to wait for 20 Min, to remind you, but the sandwich never arrived.

The menu is good, the service is not bad, but there is no music, from the word at all, having booked a table for the team, it is assumed that there will be musical accompaniment and the opportunity to dance, for this people go to the cafe to have fun. We were told that there was a hotel upstairs and they couldn't turn on the music loudly. The question arises: why weren't we warned that there would be no music? Bottom line: the food there is not very, from the word at all. You'll go out hungry, but you'll get songs and dance. The place is not bad, but find good chefs, maybe go to Khwamli, try their cuisine - everything is delicious there. One plus is that karaoke is until 3.00.
