This is a place on the outskirts of Tbilisi, a street of shops and cafes. We went to buy water and something to eat. The menu includes khachapuri chebureks and some other pastries, Coca-Cola drinks, a little beer, natahiari and something else of local production, go to the back of the institution and there is a huge spit with meat! The chicken. It turns out that in this institution they cook shawarma, or shawarma to whom, the queue of 3-5 people is mostly local, despite the fact that the young man on the spit also cooks shawarma, cooks very quickly! My wife and I ordered several types of it, the smallest and standard in terms of filling. We waited for about 15 minutes. We received the order, took a bite and realized that we are eating shawarma for the first time!!! There's some grass, hot pickled peppers, vegetables, sooo much meat, and sauce. Juicy tender unique taste of herbs and sauce.... I recommend everyone to try it.
Shavukha Fire, the most inexpensive and delicious eatery on the highway. We really like it. We come here every day, and the weather goes either one way or the other.
