A cafe with a beautiful view of the Ritz and disgusting food, and the same service, by the way, not for little money. On the advice of the guide, we went there. Of course, I understand everything that all cafes located by the lake do not value guests at all, since every day there are hundreds of people who obviously will never come again, so no one really tries ..., but such food is simply not allowed! Shish kebab is dried week-old meat that was warmed in the microwave and brought to you! Trout is something that is quite difficult to spoil, BUT!!!! she was burnt on one side and the "cherry on the cake"!!! - for some reason, they poured barbecue sauce on it and poured onions on it! Therefore, if you do not want surprises, it is better to immediately clarify about the submission. French fries are the only thing that could be eaten from the order, although they do not taste the best..... And at the end of the disgusting meal is the service!!!! They asked for the bill several times, because they really wanted to take a walk, and time was limited, no one was in a hurry to provide it, the waitresses were sitting at neighboring tables and counting the proceeds, I had to personally go after him. And what a surprise it was that in addition to the ordered one trout, for some reason there were two in the bill, maybe they just got mixed up, or maybe they were a SUCKER....(I highly recommend checking it out). The place is just terrible!!!, and all these tales of guides, about delicious food, are outright lies!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! The horror! The horror! The horror!!!!! How to find it: The cafe is located upstairs, you will go up, it will be on your right (overlooking the Ritz) wooden benches and tables, a very tired greasy menu, a laminated sheet.

We waited for the menu for 10 minutes, while we took the order for another 15 minutes. It was cooked quickly. When they asked for an invoice, they just announced the amount of 3,500. To the question where is the bill, you can count the answer from the menu. Counting even with 10% service, it turned out to be less than 3000 rubles. We decided not to spoil our mood, but the sediment remained. I do not recommend it.

The place is just terrible, the prices are exorbitant for such quality, lamb kebab for almost 900 rubles. terrible, the grilled vegetables are the same, everything just burned down, and the lamb was probably dead for several years already. The order was delivered extremely quickly, less than 10 minutes have passed, how can you make a barbecue in 10 minutes? We fed everything to the local dogs, we just tried it ourselves, no kidding, even though the furry ones were pleased. There is no service as such, toilets are generally a shock for any person who has seen in his life something other than a "point" in the ground. Even if the guide/ driver brought you to this place, get up and leave. We didn't get poisoned, but the piece of shish kebab that we tried was still felt all day. The views are very beautiful, the mountains, the lake. But in general, everything related to service, amenities, safety, hygiene and cleanliness is not here. And while you and I are going to "eat" it, we will also be milked and nothing will be changed, if you want "for people" - definitely not to this resort.
And for decent people who have learned the delights of urbanization, educated, from large cities, especially Moscow, the discovery may be the presence of a bunch of compatriots who came out of the Stone Age, with appropriate behavior, vocabulary and all the ensuing signs of provincial limits.

Rygalovka has three cockroaches, rootless mongrels periodically scurry underfoot. You practically do not notice that there are fewer of them and a burnt shish kebab appears on the table, from mutton it is usually fat and bones ... another name is lake water plus carrots. Do not try to count how much you owe for this wonderful dinner with such a magnificent view - you will still be shortchanged without options. If you are lucky enough and you did not immediately tear off the bottom, there is a wonderful toilet of the point system without doors - it is very practical and there is an option to make new acquaintances while squeezing out another portion of homemade wine with dimedrol. There is no food, zero service, the main thing is to take money from you faster. Wi-Fi is claimed, which is not available, employees allow you to connect to your phone to transfer payment on the invoice.
They throw 10% on the menu for the service, which is not there :) They try to breed on every corner, IT's a SHAME! Make a normal service if you want tips and you will receive them in a larger amount, or immediately increase the cost of meals, and do not deceive people. Because of such "hospitality", I do not want to return to this country, if I may say so. I wish you fewer tourists. The only pleasure is nature, the main thing is to get around the place far away.

I don't know if we tried to eat in this cafe, but I know one thing, I don't recommend eating on the Ritz. I took chicken noodle soup (300 rubles). What happened to the chicken, that it became a fish in appearance, I do not know. It's the most disgusting food I've ever seen in my life. Well, how can you do this with an elementary soup?! I do not recommend that there are anywhere in Abkhazia besides good hotel canteens, unless, of course, you are adventurous)

Women from the 90s with an expression of "What do you need?" handed out menus with greasy price tags opposite the names of the "dishes". Let's go wash our hands. There are some favellas around. A passing employee, when asked where to wash his hands, nodded towards the hose, from which icy water flowed to the ground. In the "toilet" the water flowed in a thin icy trickle without a hint of soap, in the men's room there was no water at all. We would have run away, but we still hoped for Caucasian hospitality and Abkhazian cuisine. And pita bread with fries, despite the wild supply of potatoes in a plastic bowl the size of a ladle, gave hope. But... Lamb kebab for 500 re from 5 pieces of fat and bones, none of which could be eaten, the same first with small bones... In general, it feels like everything that was prepared for the dogs or thrown away was given to us. The cleanliness of the devices is a big question. And the final bill for 2700 with the included 10% fee was simply left in dumb amazement. It's amazing how they still work. Apparently, there are a lot of people like us

The guides brought us to this "cafe". At first we were surprised by the prices, because they are like in a normal restaurant, then it was strange to see that a third of the tables were empty (September), but not cleaned, and there was food everywhere, which was barely touched. There is no service from the word at all, you need to pick it up yourself, as in the dining room. The food tasted disgusting, like in the last diner, everything was diluted and not fresh. There is noise and hubbub at the checkout from visitors who demand either to cook their food, which they have been waiting for half an hour, or to return the money.
The only other thing you can try is khachapuri (boats with egg or beans) - they are at least prepared from more or less fresh ingredients, and it is acceptable to taste.
We paid almost 2,400 for a lousy lunch for 2 people, for the same money we salivated in Sochi from the dishes that were given to us in a good restaurant.
But where to go? There are no other normal restaurants on this lake, so there is a choice: either choke on tasteless food, or take something with you in advance.

This is a very bad place. We were on an excursion in winter, we brought lunch here. We were terribly hungry, but we couldn't eat IT. Hominy was normal, the soup was icy, the meat was just so-so, the cheese was just solid salt. Lunch came out at 800 rubles, and it's all on dirty broken plates in a cold room at dirty swinging tables. And a rural toilet on the street for money. It's a shame, and then you're surprised that tourists go anywhere except the southern resorts. Such adventures are not needed for nothing.

I definitely do not recommend it. Shish kebab — charred pieces of incomprehensible meat. The staff is rude, they waited half an hour for the bill to be brought. And we were still with a two-year-old child.
With the scandal, the bill was still brought to us. At this time, the locals pulled up to protect the staff. They asked us to pack a trout kebab in a container, they just threw it almost in our face. We haven't even heard about the basic service here.
In general, they didn't get poisoned, and that's good. They left there, by the way, about 4,000 per family. The cafe has no name, but the waitresses have the inscription SLED on black T-shirts. It is useless to complain, and there is no one, such people spoil the image of Abkhazia.

It's a terrible place..they are gently laid, as they say..instead of freshly squeezed juice according to the tangerine menu, they brought a batch one and told for a long time that it was freshly squeezed..Well, yes, we are visitors to the Ritz and have never drunk juice..The kebabs brought 4 dried pieces, the chicken-the feeling that it was cooked in the evening, and warmed up a little with us on the campfire..In short, I do not recommend it at all. As a result, I came up with an invoice on the calculator and immediately with 10%, we stopped paying, since there was not a single dish with normal taste, and for 2 children and 2 adults the bill was 2000 rubles, this is 1 dish each, everything remained untouched. We were on excursions (they are all essentially the same) from Sochey on New Year's Eve, brought there by a respected instructor, as well as to the apiary / winery / cheese factory and other planned ripping off for Russians. Absolutely everything was bad in this expensive place (it's even disgusting to remember), except for one thing - by some miracle they didn't get poisoned, apparently they got drunk on New Year's Eve. At the same time, this is the only place on the tour route where you could have a snack. By the way, the lake itself was not seen even 2 meters away - the fog is impenetrable in winter. In general, to go to Abkhazia is not to respect yourself, this cafe is just one of the typical manifestations.
