We walked in Park Avenue with the company 20 times, that's for sure. And there were no problems before. On February 19, 2016, we were there again. The situation killed me, we were in the karaoke room, of course we drank, but everyone behaved quite adequately. At one point, the man inadvertently hooked a glass of juice and poured it onto the menu. We were billed for this "book" in 150 hryvnia !!! At the same time:
1. This amount is not stipulated by any application to the menu (such as a fight of dishes, etc ...)
2. Such moments should not bother visitors at all, since in such establishments in the evening 99.9% of vacationers drink alcohol, this is where most of the income of the institution (like the rest), and extensive the assortment of alcoholic beverages on the menu speaks about this, therefore, to wipe or restore this menu is the work of waiters, and not the cost of visitors, because it was not torn and its integrity was not violated. With the same success, the next time a VISITOR (naturally drunk) can be charged money for TRAMPLING DIRT FROM SHOES. I would understand the administration of the institution if the visitor really damaged something (furniture, appliances, etc ...), there is no question, you can set the amount, if the visitor does not agree with it, file a lawsuit.
3. I tried to object peacefully, asked to show the menu, to clarify where such an amount of 150 hryvnia came from, of course the menu was shown, and there was nothing else on it except juice stains, since all the sheets were from files, and the cover was PVC, and this "trouble" was eliminated by hand with a damp cloth within 5 minutes. The answer also killed the price - WE WILL MAKE SUCH A MENU FOR 150 HRYVNIA, SO YOU WILL PAY FOR IT!
Although previously there were no problems how many times there was (even twice the new year was celebrated there), now I draw one conclusion - the staff conducts unfair service, including an additional amount for such moments as spilled juice on the table and menu., I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE INSTITUTION to EVERYONE, AND I ASK YOU TO HELP SPREAD THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE INFORMATION. If anyone has doubts, I have copies of the invoice and the payment receipt
