In 2012, I lived in Poltava near the train station for a week and constantly went to this cafe. The kitchen is very good. It seems to be a simple meal, but very tasty. While they were cooking, I asked for a mug of beer, black bread and grated lard with carrots and herbs. Stunningly. Vodka is also very good. Live music, live singing. The prices didn't bother me at all. The staff is very attentive, but almost invisible. A great place to relax after a day at work.
