The only plus for the whole evening: a reserved table was vacated for our company, but they said to vacate it before 12.
On the downside: they don't remember who ordered what at all, they brought dishes just at random. It's BEEN AWFULLY long! I had to order the French fries again because they mixed up the order and my fries and gave them to other people. I waited for the order for the second time for more than 40 minutes!
The waiters apparently don't count on tips at all, their faces are wildly dissatisfied and arrogant, if they hear uncomfortable questions, everything is written on their face, where they would like to send the client. Dirty dishes are not removed from the table.
We made an order at 10 o'clock, we are waiting, and at 10:30 a security guard comes up to us and says: from 11 o'clock we have a disco, 10p per person.
And what happens? Will the order be delivered to us by 11, and still pay for their sluggishness?
Customer orientation is not just 0, but -5 points!
The food is fine, it's like 6/10. There is no desire to return here.

A good restaurant. Downstairs there is a party with music and dancing, upstairs there is an open veranda where you can eat in peace.
Incredibly delicious mussels in mushroom sauce and pancakes with pork and mushroom sauce.

We came to Bobruisk from another city to hang out, well, we really wanted to go to karaoke, the only place that works on Monday night. The guard at the entrance and then the girl on the phone refused entry, citing the dress code because of sweatpants. After that, we watched people in jeans, tracksuits and sneakers leave the institution. In general, the situation is surreal and looks like an anecdote. I decided to fix the situation and order songs for money, which I was refused in a rather unfriendly way))) of course, I was surprised and smiled, apparently the DJ is the owner of the institution. The second thing - as it turned out at the end of the evening at karaoke (it turned out to be a little more fun there) this institution sold out to the gypsies))) I'll explain: my friend and I sat down at a karaoke table and had a good time... before that, the waiter warned that more people might join us because the table was large and had been moved for a banquet that had recently left the institution… Everything was fine with us. In the middle of the night, a man came up to us and asked if he could sit down with his company at our table, we didn't mind. Next, a karaoke employee came up to me and said that it was very wrong that we agreed to their neighborhood for one ... to my question why, she replied that these GYPSIES were inadequate. That's how it happened)))) this man, in the company of two women and another man, sat down at our table and then our normal rest came to an end. All evening, these women, in the company of their men, provoked my friend and me to fight and bicker... we ignored these signals from their side, but when the institution had already begun to close and we were about to leave at 4 a.m., the light turned on and then a glass of vodka flew into my friend and me for no reason at all with the words From here, your time is over! To say that I was awesome is not to say anything 😂 Naturally , I asked our neighbors at the table why they allow themselves to behave like this to us , they replied that because 🤣 The guards ran up here did not react in any way to the insults in our direction ) Looking at me, they threatened to send me to the bullpen) I didn't understand what was going on until the last moment))) until the administrator told me that it turns out these Gypsies paid them money to extend the operation of this institution. The phrase "whoever pays is right" made me laugh a lot, including this administrator.
