Noir is a great, simple Israeli restaurant. We went there three times during the last trip, and each time everything was on the level. I tried steak, schnitzel, fish, various snacks — everything is very tasty.
The steak was pleased with the quality of the meat and the precise roasting. Schnitzel is the main dish: thin, tender, crispy. The side dishes for meat and fish are perfectly balanced, there is a sense of attention to detail.
The service is fast, clear, and professional.
I'm betting 5 out of 5. If you're looking for a place to go, Noir is definitely a must—have.
