4.10.2024 We came to celebrate, the administrator did not even take us to the table (the table was ordered), during the evening the administrator came up and accused us that we had brought our alcohol with us, we said that we had not done this, she continued the showdown until the waiter came up and said that she was mistaken and this was another table! After that, the receptionist didn't even apologize, the evening was already ruined! In all establishments, the birthday boy is congratulated with a piece of cake (it used to be the same here), no one congratulated our birthday girl, when asked why, the waitress said she didn't know anything, she was here for the first day! The receptionist, instead of being in the hall and monitoring the situation, was constantly standing outside and smoking! Previously, the Terrace was a favorite place, after a change of staff, I no longer want to come there, there was an unpleasant aftertaste!
