It's a great place. I took both solyanka and borscht - both are good. Be sure to try homemade dumplings from our own production. They are divine. The average price tag is 10-15 if you take a full meal.
The place is "seedy", atmospheric, there are a lot of people on weekends. There is a private kitchen, which is also a plus. But I recently bought a shavukha with chicken, and there is almost only cabbage, and practically without sauce. It was extremely unpleasant ((
