I came to this coffee shop at 19:45, 15 minutes before closing..I was refused a cup of coffee as everything is ready to close. This is not customer-oriented at all, because the coffee-serving establishment is open until 20:00 and, accordingly, according to the regulations, coffee should be served until 20:00.
