We had dinner here together on a weekday afternoon. The atmosphere is pleasant, and so is the music. The staff is clearly well-trained, very polite and helpful. It was cold in the hall, they asked to turn off the air conditioner - they responded. We took 2 different salads with beef, eggplant with it and steak - decent, delicious dishes. I took off the star for the fact that, with a small landing, the steak was taken out already cooled and for the fact that the cocktail was brought in a glass, on the leg of which there were very noticeable stains from water or some kind of liquid. It's not critical, but the pitch is wrong and it's unpleasant. We asked the waiter to pass this information to the bartender, just as a comment. The waiter fussed, offered to replace the cocktail completely, we refused, because, as I already noticed above, this is not critical for us) the same glass is in the photo)))

We ordered Peking duck at Kai Zen for the New Year's table! It was delivered at exactly 20.00, as requested. Everything was beautifully packaged! The duck is incredibly appetizing, both in appearance and taste! We had a real pleasure! A set of delicious rolls was sent as a gift! Everything is very tasty and beautiful!
Thank you Kai Zen for a great dinner! We wish all employees good health in the new year, good luck and success, prosperity and getting even better every time! We will definitely order more!

Peking duck is the best in the city, but it may seem too fat for someone. Everything we ordered was delicious. The service is at the highest level. They messed up the cocktail once, but they replaced it for free.

Everything is fine, especially the waiter, the mood is uplifting. Sometimes it's a little loud, but you can relax. The wines seemed cheaper, pleasant, premium and affordable. We ordered the Peking duck in advance, it is convenient and you do not need to wait long. The roll with the eel is a bomb, it flew with caviar. I'll come back soon

The place is interesting)
We decided to stop by, because there were no empty seats in the "other place from the land" that day.
The hall was completely empty (Wednesday, although there was a full landing in the same ***), there was another table sitting by us, it looked more like a business meeting.
We ordered rolls, snacks, salad and soup.
Eggplant salad 5/5
Corn cream soup, 5/5
Udon noodles with beef, Beef was a bit harsh on 4++
Chicken fillet in sauce, just went. 5/5
But we decided to try unusual rolls without particularly reading the composition. I don't remember the name, but some were with beef, like baked, they are very much for an amateur. 1 out of 5 points. Dill rice and fried meat, as it is completely removed from what you order rolls for)
The second ones also tasted strange, and were more like kimpab with fish. Without any "dry" fillings. A little bland. 3/5
Of course, we should have ordered more familiar rolls like Philadelphia, perhaps the review would have been completely different. But next time.
Otherwise, the staff is attentive, they constantly refilled the water (it is free here, and this is not everywhere and this is a plus)
The check is not much higher, but according to the format, the institution is more "premium" segment.

Everything is decorous, noble, delicious, but also expensive. Maybe that's why there aren't so many people, although the format is a place for conversations, not dancing. By the way, loyalty cards could already be issued for regular customers with discounts.
A separate claim is the inflexibility of the establishment in terms of cuisine. My wife is pregnant and only tomatoes and cucumbers are suitable for her salad. I ask you to cook one, and punch another salad in the receipt. No, we can't. Do you have chicken rolls? No, we don't. Yes, these are the whims of customers, but a little flexibility and responsiveness would not hurt, so 4 stars

As a true connoisseur of Japanese cuisine, I decided to go to the new Japanese restaurant Kaizen. I went there in the evening, when it was already dark enough outside, but inside the restaurant it was bright and cozy.
I was met by a polite waiter and escorted to my table. I ordered a traditional dish - sushi and rolls. They were ready very quickly and looked very appetizing.
I took the first piece in my mouth and felt an unusual taste. But from the second bite, I already started enjoying the food. Every bite was so fresh and fragrant that I couldn't stop.
While I was eating, I was watching the other guests. They also enjoyed eating and chatting with each other. The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere.
After I finished eating, I ordered tea and decided to enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. I noticed that many of the guests here were foreigners, which confirmed the high quality of the food.
In general, my visit to a Japanese restaurant left me with only positive emotions. I will definitely come back here again to try other dishes from the menu and enjoy the atmosphere.

It's delicious, but there are many other places in Tashkent with delicious Japanese cuisine, with similar dishes, but at more pleasant prices.
The interior and design for a premium-category establishment seems dull, but probably everyone has their own, my company and I did not go.

We ordered food from this place through the Yandex taxi app "FOOD" with free delivery. The payment was immediately charged to us by card. Then, after payment, it turned out that one dish was missing. But no one returned the money for this dish. The delivery of the remaining dishes was brought, among which the soup was spilled. The money has still not been refunded for the missing dish, and they have not picked up the phone.
