The hotel is located close to the sea. The service is good. The food is plentiful and varied. In the context of a pandemic, there is one inconvenience: there are long queues at the distribution at lunch. The beach has rocks on the shore, but there is a clearing with a Galician entrance. Sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels are included in the price of the tour. The customer service is responsive. The rest in this hotel corresponds to the declared level. Thanks to the tour operator and the hotel managers.
The hotel is small, consisting of 6 floors with two elevators. There is a small swimming pool-there is no private beach..I had to go to the beach of the main hotel, where not all services were free.We felt deprived when people are eating ice cream and drinking beer around, you can only take water and juice.The sunbeds were occupied with towels in the morning, while their owners were watching their dreams while lying in their rooms. In order not to sunbathe on the dirty sand, the seats were occupied around nine o'clock.Umbrellas had to be "cut off" from each other, then you still have to manage to drive them into the sand so that the wind does not blow away. To do this, you need to find a hammer.The beach itself is small and dirty.To swim, you had to make your way through the rows of tourists lying and sitting on the sand, who did not have time to take a sunbed.It is also problematic to change a beach towel, and even then they did not always have time. The rooms were cleaned, but with one rag, both the toilet and the room. The bed was changed only twice in two weeks.The food is disgusting, monotonous, without an inscription-you take it at random, in the end everything is on the plate, but you can't understand the taste, whether it's meat or soy, the staff is unfriendly.Moreover, there were not enough cutlery. Of the two elevators, one did not work for a long time. By the way, there were no empty seats upon arrival, the arrivals were temporarily resettled in other hotels. I won't come here anymore-it's just a disappointment.
The worst hotel in my practice. The rooms are old, shabby, the plumbing is old, the handle from the minibar cabinet was torn off in the room, the lamp above the bed was torn off and hung over his head, they did not respond to the remark at the reception and did not fix it for 11 nights, but these are all small things.the main thing is that the beach is not close,dirty,the sea is dirty,very dirty, a narrow entrance to the sea , the main part of the beach is rough natural slabs. I had to go to Cleopatra Beach, it was far and inconvenient.and now the food....There is always rice for lunch and dinner ..by and large, there is nothing to eat rice, on the third day they began to go to the store for sausage and cheese and eat in the room at lunch, in the evening they went to restaurants in the city, the food in this hotel is so disgusting.the refrigerator with water was locked during the day and opened only during lunch , breakfast and dinner, the rest of the time you had to go to the cooler to get water from the bar, no one would give you water in a bottle, we broke the refrigerator and took out cups of water, took the door from the top, since the lock was from the bottom.we also bought water at the store .in general, it's a disgusting hotel and I don't understand who these people are who write good reviews about this terrible hotel.the review is without emotion, in fact, we rested in early July 2022. I stayed at this hotel from 1.09 to 11.09. I liked everything very much. The room is large with a magnificent view of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The room is cleaned every day and towels are also changed daily. Everything is fine in the room. The staff is very polite, special thanks to the receptionist Kristina!!!))))) and the manager of the Kaila City & Kaila Beach Hotel. With regard to food, you will never stay hungry. They give meat and fish, soups, various side dishes, various salads, an abundance of fruits (watermelon, melon, plums, apples, pears, grapes of several types), sweets of all kinds. From 12-16 you can always eat fast food by the pool and on the beach (burgers, French fries, nuggets, Viennese waffles), well, various drinks-all this is included in the price of the tour. The sea is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There are many shops near the hotel, the bazaar comes on certain days, where you can buy anything. I recommend the hotel to everyone, 4+ is at least a very decent 4.
A good place for a quiet family holiday, there is a Russian-speaking staff, the territory is clean and well maintained. The rooms are small, cleaning is done every day. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry. Near the market, shops, supermarkets.

I didn't like the hotel, we used to be in better hotels, they don't know Russian well, but this is nonsense, the food is very very weak, there is no territory, one small pool from which we were kicked out at 6, but the Germans swam there the next day around 8 p.m., umbrellas are closed on the beach before 5 p.m., and it's still hot! A good hotel with oriental hospitality. Everything is clean and tidy here. Of course, there are air conditioners, otherwise it would be difficult to feel good in hot weather. They treat their guests here with respect, and just tourists.

Then someone from above approached her, and we were still offered a room on the floor below 315. The porter went to show us the room, and oops!!!! Fortunately, we are stuck in the elevator!!! The child began to have a quiet panic (((. After 5 minutes we were released. In short, we stayed in this room, the air conditioner blew a little cooler there, they set us 22 degrees, told us not to add, not to decrease, otherwise it would not work! Upset, we decided to look for advantages, after all, we came for the warm sea and the gentle sun. I want to mention another girl at the reception, unfortunately I do not know the name, so she is more sociable and understanding, thanks to her! Briefly about nutrition: a lot of spicy dishes, meager breakfasts of the same type, only watermelon and oranges are edible from fruits, delicious cakes for dinner, alcohol like norms, tea and coffee, as it comes. And yes, who wrote about queues here, there are none, do not believe it, maximum 3 people. It's even convenient that the cooks put the food on the plates themselves, you just poke your finger. We did not swim in the pool, because we were traveling across the sea. That's great! Although the waves are big, but the buzz! The beach is sand, turning into pebbles, a lot of slabs. In general, I liked the location of the hotel, near the Alanya shopping center and the metro, many other shops. It's a beautiful long embankment, but there are plenty of riders on bicycles and scooters, so keep an eye on it. Crossing the road is quite a quest! The cable car with the old fortress is not far away, we went by bus. In general, to take a walk and see what's in the area, but probably would not have returned to this hotel (((. And here's another not pleasant moment, because we had a night flight back, the same Kristina at the reception promised to pack lunch boxes with us (apparently it's supposed to), but alas so we did not collect anything ((( it was very unpleasant (((.
A cool city hotel! It's not far from the sea. Fresh renovation. The main treasure of this hotel is the staff! But the sea, or rather the beach, is barely three. A small clearing and an area for two hotels at once. There are not enough places astrophysically!
We really liked the hotel, we had a rest in October 2021. We are going to go next year. The staff there is very wonderful, we checked in instead of 14.00 at 10.00, as we arrived. I liked the food, the chef is super. We send our best regards to Ercan, I really want to meet him at this hotel next year.

We were in Kaila City in late September-early October
What did you like:
1) the price-quality ratio is decent, there were no very bad moments, there were unpleasant ones, about them below
2) The staff is wonderful!! The waiters always keep the tables clean - dirty dishes are cleaned quickly, the guys at the bar work quickly, make all cocktails on demand, they pour enough alcohol into them, they don't squeeze. The girls at the reception are cute, Russian-speaking (and of course also English- and Turkish-speaking), they listen to all comments / wishes / suggestions and immediately fulfill all requests.
The cleaners are also excellent, the room is cleaned every day, always clean towels, new jars of shampoos / shower gel, the bathtub and the room are very clean, the linen was changed regularly. We left her a dollar every day, maybe that's the secret) she twisted swans out of towels on our bed every 3 days)
In general, the staff of the Kayla City hotel are really great fellows!! Without them, the impression would be much worse!
3) the food corresponds to price and quality, in general it is more or less delicious, the breakfasts are the same every day, once a week (like on Monday) pancakes are made in addition to the usual menu, and sometimes an omelet is also prepared, which is always lined up for 10-15 minutes. for lunch, 2-3 types of protein dishes (usually meat, less often fish)
Some dinners (out of the 14 dinners we tried) can be called good and delicious, grilled / freshly cooked protein dish (meat/fish) on fire every day
4) the location of the hotel. There are a lot of offers of excursions and car/scooter rentals around, a lot of cheap shops with an excellent choice, a bus to the center of Alanya is 4 lira, a 15-minute drive and you are at the fortress or on the gorgeous Cleopatra beach, that is, the hotel is quite close to the center. 6 minutes walk to the beach of the hotel, not far at all.
What didn't you like:
1) the beach of the hotel is combined with the beach of the Kayla Beach hotel, and therefore by 10 a.m. there is really not a single free sunbed on the beach.
The beach itself is small, located between two wide concrete slabs, the water becomes cloudy by noon (probably due to the presence of fine sand), mostly the beach is small pebbles. Those who are VERY UNPRETENTIOUS to the beach will do. But those who go to get high from the sailor, comfortably lie around sunbathing – 100% will definitely be disappointed. (by the way, the sun beds are the cheapest plastic and of course without a soft lining, so lying on them is not particularly comfortable)
They will be disappointed by the clogged beach (the sunbeds are close to each other, no space, everything is very cramped and packed), and entering the water, and muddy water.
We went to the beach of the hotel a couple of times, then we constantly took the bus to Cleopatra beach, there is really gorgeous sand and azure water. We took 2 sun beds and an umbrella there for 45 lira every day.
2) Alcoholic drinks are free in the minibar on the beach ONLY for guests staying at the nearby Kaila Beach Hotel. Those who live in Kayla City can only take alcohol at the hotel bar.
3) the assortment on the buffet is so-so. From protein dishes for lunch, there were sometimes 2 choices: a honeycomb of some strange soy meat and a baked chicken breast that was not the first freshness. A couple of times they gave super bony fish, where 80% of its mass is bones. In general, those who need to eat a full amount of high-quality protein dishes for lunch / dinner will sometimes feel sad from the menu. But in general, from the top of the 14 days spent in the hotel, we can say that the ratio of days when the food for lunch / dinner was not particularly tasty and when it was delicious is 35/65, respectively. By the way, soup for lunch is only in words "soup", in fact it is some kind of slurry made of flour with one carrot.
4) queues for food. A lot of people came to the beginning of lunch / dinner, and therefore there were quite large queues for food. But if you come for 40-60 minutes after the start of lunch / dinner, then everything will be comfortable and there will be no queues.
5) bad slow Internet, video calls in Whatsapp do not pull
6) the tour operator indicated the presence of a hammam in this hotel. So, in fact, it does not work, and they constantly say that "well, it was only recently turned off and we will turn it on soon," and this has been the case for 2 weeks. The hammam smelled musty.
There is a sauna, but it is very weak, it is just for the sake of appearance, in fact, it is impossible to raise the temperature above 70 degrees in it no matter how much you give in. In general, it is uncomfortable in the basement where the hammam and sauna are located, an unpleasant smell of rot and mustiness.
7) in the second week of our stay, we were unlucky with the contingent, a crowd of cattle arrived, every evening it was pathetic and sad to watch how fat drunk aunts pester the waiter boys, grab them shamelessly, try to attract attention, and the poor waiters have to endure. In general, due to the low cost of living in a hotel, there is a chance to run into such ill-mannered people
The hotel is 4 stars, the same rating. The description indicates a fitness room. In reality, it didn't really work, I got there by accident. It's terrible, like after a flood. A few dumbbells, some dead tracks and a bike. For this, a minus star. And the rest is all inclusive - convenient, delicious, although the food is sometimes strange:-) But anyone who has not eaten rolls from the chef, who saw them only from the picture, will not understand, I am a strange food here, this is normal:-)
In general, everything is fine, the beach is not far away, but there are not enough sun beds, the plage is almost all rocky, but you can go to the next one and lie on the sand)
