We had a rest in July-August, liked the hotel, the room was good, everything worked, sea view and 2 pools, the food was good, a little meager breakfasts, but no one will stay hungry, grill every day for dinner, for breakfast on the street they baked pancakes, then omelets, then fried eggs, a good selection of fruits, at 16.00 burgers and French fries, tea with biscuits and ice cream at 17.00, we drank cocktails, there was mango and Bianco and campari, baileys. A lot of herbal teas, coffee, of course, not very, very friendly staff, there were no problems with it, room cleaning every day, Russian-speaking admins. The sea was gorgeous, there were enough sun beds, one thing was infuriating that people from nearby hotels were all going to swim to us, we have the best entry into the sea, they just won't get through

Good day to all!We also rested here from 19 to 29 September. They arrived for lunch, settled us in without any problems, but with a view of the courtyard... We did not argue, we will survive, the weather is fine, the sea is nearby, the room is clean, fresh, the beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white, everything works as it should, the food is decent... cleaning was done every day, linen was changed 2 times, towels more often. Quite a decent hotel, albeit an old one. I visit Turkey every year, there is something to compare it with. We were satisfied with the rest, thank you all!!! But... on the day of our arrival, the Mir payment system was closed, and it's not so scary, there was a little cash, you can do without it. And the cherry on the cake is a meeting with the hotel manager: we couldn't buy any excursions from her (and we weren't going to), we didn't have to change the money either, so it turned out we came here to drink, and our tour operator is from what village at all??? And it was said, damn it, in plain text, my friend already felt unwell. Our meeting didn't last even 15 minutes, we left, no wonder no one else came up. Vacation in July 2021.
The staff is friendly, trying to please customers. The food is good-meat, fruits, and salads are plentiful.
The sea is nearby, warm, transparent, but sticks, splinters and small debris often float. They wrote that it was inconvenient to enter it-we did not come across such places))) absolutely comfortable entry into the sea.

THERE IS NO ANIMATION OR MINI CLUB! Absolutely!!! Sometimes in the evening, third-party artists come, but somehow everything is very sad - the girl is dancing a belly dance, but there is no light, no proper entourage-everything is in semi-darkness, then a couple of m and z are singing songs to the guitar.
The hotel already requires reconstruction - here it is greased, then it is tightened with a screw... But on the second day you don't notice it)))
There was a smell of cat urine on the ground floors of the main building...
There is a bar on the beach where water and juices are free, the rest is for money. Everything is free on site. There is a shop with beach accessories and sweets. Do not rush to buy there - after walking a couple of blocks from the shore, you will find a bunch of shops with a price difference of 3-4 times cheaper.
There is a hammam on the territory (free one-time visit, as in some hotels, is not provided).
I liked the location of the hotel - everything is close enough, and even a pharmacy)
Overall, the impression is good, but I probably won't go here a second time)

Vacationing in July 2021
Nice hotel. Russian, Turkish and English languages. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. TV, split, balcony in each room. But we never watched TV. All the staff is polite and courteous. Through the passage directly from the hotel, access to your beach with a bar: sun beds, umbrellas, water, tea and soft drinks for free in any quantity.
There is a hamam in the passage. The prices are adequate, and the service is at the highest level! We have been several times and I took a massage separately - I am 200 percent satisfied!
In addition to the main restaurant, there are two more bars on the territory: they are open from 10 to 18.00 (everything and a lot).
The restaurant has a buffet system. There is a wide variety, including fruits, vegetables, sweets, drinks. Grilled every day: for breakfast and dinner!
Everyone works as part of a well-coordinated mechanism!
The only drawback is that smoking is allowed everywhere.

The second time I went to this hotel, despite the first negative visit. So it happened . And I was pleasantly surprised by the good changes. The first is a reception, there was not even a hint of baksheesh, the number was changed without delay and promises tomorrow / the day after tomorrow, but immediately. There was never a Turkish night. but the animation is normal. The grill for dinner is good. Minus these are Poles and Germans ( it seems that their pigs were raised and fed )but if you don't pay attention, although it's hard not to notice.... you can have a good rest.

We lived for 12 days, felt at home all the time, 3 swimming pools, excellent cuisine, good individual VESTEL air conditioners, WI-FI in the room worked properly, free sun beds by the sea, a bar by the sea, but only soft drinks, beer and spirits in the bar near the hotel itself, the hotel is located on the first line, but It is separated by a road under which there is an underground passage directly to the hotel territory, not a single thing caused inconvenience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Anyone who wants to get over all known intestinal infections during their vacation is welcome to this hotel. The water in the pools is dirty, during our vacation (from 08.08.22 to 08.25.22) 90% of the guests spent several days in the room with enterovirus. Employees of the local sanitary and epidemiological station and the police came, took water samples in the pools, but no one announced the results of the samples to us. The staff skillfully silences and ignores this whole situation. Let's start with why Russians should not go to this hotel at all: 1) at the reception there are three Russian-speaking people originally from Ukraine, who, at the sight of a Russian passport, populate a person in the very * op. If a controversial situation arises or you have problems, the reception will not only not help, but only try to make things worse. ANIMATION: In this hotel, animators are hired by a Czech tour operator to entertain their tourists. Therefore, all shows, discos, contests are only in Czech. Neither you nor the children will be interested. Secondly, the schedule of daytime animation exactly coincides with the siesta: from 14:00 to 16:00 zumba in the main pool, with wild screams of the animator into the microphone and music "for all". And with audibility in the rooms, it's atas. Neither the children could sleep after dinner, nor we could rest. The ELEVATOR is a separate topic in this hotel - it worked only 5 days out of 17 days of our stay, three days later. Moreover, it is impossible to enter the elevator for more than 2 people, it shows overload and does not go. And we are on the 5th floor with two children and a stroller. As you want, so go, it's called. ABOUT THEFTS - Gold earrings were stolen from friends from the room, which the girl left before going to the beach. We returned to the room - the door was wide open. You turned to the reception - it's your own fault, don't leave anything in the room. In general, guys, last year the family visited Turkey twice, in other hotels - they were delighted with the attitude of the staff and the food and service. But, Chrysanthemum is just some kind of failure.

I have never written reviews about hotels, but here I would like to tell the whole truth about this hotel. We are resting here now. We arrived late at night, we were checked into the rooms quickly without any problems. They gave rooms in the attic with a view of the sea. The furniture is far from new, the rooms are cleaned disgustingly or not at all, but only take out the trash. The bed linen has not been changed even once, although we have been here for 10 days. The towels are of poor quality-the lint flies off them, as if you are covered in fluff and need to wash again.
The food in the restaurant is excellent, the selection of dishes is large and almost everything is delicious.
I would like to tell you about the beach separately. The beach area is wide enough, there are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas, BUT!!! You can't turn the sun beds around, a beach worker immediately runs up and asks you to turn them back. When there is a slight wind, umbrellas cannot be used, they are immediately approached and closed by beach workers, and there is no shade canopy on the beach. And in this case, how to relax on the beach in such heat without shade?!!!The beach itself is very dirty, cigarette butts, packages of sweets and chocolates, garbage buckets at the sunbeds are not cleaned, the sunbeds themselves are dirty. There are only juices and coffee from vending machines on the beach.
The animation is not particularly interesting, the show was only 2 times and it was the same-Turkish dancing and belly dancing. There is a mini disco for children at 20.30, and at 21.30 some entertainment programs, but they are not translated into Russian.
The hotel is not worth the money we paid for it.

If you are a married couple with children or pensioners, the hotel will suit you 100%.There is nothing for young people to do there.boring, no entertainment. There is no animation.

We are currently staying at this hotel since August 03. We settled into a Standard room on the ground floor above the dining room. The furniture is very old, the doors are skewed, there is only one stool for two people. The bathroom is generally a nightmare: the toilet leaks onto the floor, water from the mixer pours onto the countertop, not into the sink. The shower cabin has no shelves and hooks, there is nowhere to put shampoo. Instead of a trash can, there is a bucket of mayonnaise (it looks like). The walls are painted on tiles. There was one answer to all our requests - "Fine." They asked for a different number, gave exactly the same one and clearly hinted that they would give money. The hotel clearly does not pull either 3 or 4, much less. Towels are not changed, they are removed carelessly. Living conditions denigrate all the positive aspects of the hotel. The rest is an average 4* hotel. Maybe someone is luckier than us, we are glad.

The Chrysanthemum hotel is tired, the rooms are not 4 stars, but if the air conditioning is working, this is already half of a successful vacation. The air conditioner did not work in our room upon check-in, we complained for three days, we could not fix it and we were not provided with another room either. Chrysanthemum is part of a hotel chain, so we were offered to move to their other hotel, we had to live in Kylie, and go to Chrysanthemum in the afternoon. The day before departure, we were returned back, which also caused inconvenience, instead of resting, we packed our bags on the penultimate day. But we used to look for advantages in everything, first of all we lived in two hotels and three rooms, swam on two beaches and four pools, were in a five-star Kylie in a water park. As for the service and staff, they are great, they speak Russian well, they know their business. In Kylie, the staff created traffic jams at the distribution, there are no Russian speakers except for one guy at the reception.
In general, I liked the rest thanks to the human factor, the Chrysanthemum is a very sincere hotel with a good atmosphere.

We stayed at the Chrysanthemum Hotel in May for 16 days with young children.We really liked the hotel-a small clean cozy area, three swimming pools, a children's area, a kids club.The food is varied for every taste, meat chicken turkey fish,grilled in the evening,fruits, sweets.The underpass to the sea is 50 meters, the beach is sandy,the entrance is rocky, but you can find a more convenient entrance, often waves.Sun beds and umbrellas are free, mattresses are paid.Wi-Fi perfectly catches throughout the territory and on the beach, you can broadcast)).The rooms are average, but everything is good.The animation was so-so, we didn't need it, we walked along the embankment and took the bus to the center.The staff is attentive, they love children.If possible, we will come again.

We had a rest from September 20 to September 30, 2019. A great hotel for a family holiday! Friendly staff, delicious and varied food, clean and cozy rooms, 3 swimming pools, near the sea. There were some minor problems when checking in (2 families of us were settled in 1 large room consisting of two rooms. We apologized for the inconvenience for a long time. After 2 days we were settled in cozy rooms, for the inconvenience we received pleasant gifts from the hotel staff and a safe as a gift! At the same time, we did not give anyone ANY money-bribes!!! It's just that we all need to remain calm in such situations and not overshadow our rest with quarrels). The hammam is a separate story: a variety of services, excellent work of the massage therapists' hands - and they identified and named all diseases of the musculoskeletal system that actually take place; peeling of the legs with fish. Words of gratitude to the young man - animator, who entertains vacationers from the very morning until late at night: aqua aerobics, darts with funny penalties, club dances, comic greetings in the dining room, evening programs. Yes, the contests are of the same type, but the people involved are different and each time is fun and interesting. A big MINUS of children's animation: 3 girls walk around the hotel all day just like that, but you can hold contests with children of all ages by the pools, mini discos; only in the evening they dance the same movements with the kids to 3 foreign songs (Chuka Chuka steam train, soko-bachi-viro, Piano). THAT'S IT!!! This is the end of entertainment for children from the animators... Everything in the room was in working order: hair dryer, TV, mini fridge, air conditioning. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed if we threw them on the floor (as it is written in the instructions for vacationers); for a small tip and Russian chocolate, such beauty was made from bedspreads, towels, flowers and.... plastic stoppers from drinking water bottles!!!! A tour guide from a travel agency and street "travel agencies" offer a variety of excursions - for every taste and budget. That's why we didn't have time to watch TV out the window... The rest was a success!!! It is possible that we will not come to this hotel anymore, but only because we want to see other cities and hotels. But definitely, we will recommend to friends and acquaintances a vacation at the Chrysanthemum Hotel!!!

The view from the room to the utility yard. The room is dirty, the Curtains. The tulle is dirty, wrinkled, torn, the plumbing is all on the verge of survival. There are no shelves for shampoos in the shower, no glasses for a toothbrush, no shelves for a towel. The doors in the shower stall just fell out of their slots. The water from the shower was pouring out in the middle of the toilet room. The bed linen has never been changed in 11 days. The food quickly became boring, all the vegetables are deep-fried with an unknown shelf life. Watermelons, pears, plums, melons are unripe, knit in the mouth. There was no seafood. We grilled fish once. Huge queues to get food. There was no animation. The hotel requires major repairs and does not correspond to 4 stars. At least 2 stars.

We had a rest in September 2021. If you want to spoil your vacation, then you should go straight to this hotel!!! The rooms are terrible , then there is no hot water , then the plumbing does not work , the food is also shameful , there are eternal huge queues , the same thing every day . I won't say anything about cleaning the rooms at all, when checking in there was such a dirty sink that after showing the woman who cleans, she somehow washed it herself. You will not be accommodated in the room you have already paid for until you (gild the pen to the check-in manager) and everyone at the reception is guilty of extortion. You will be told that there are no rooms and will be offered another hotel for three days (as it was with us). The number will be given with a non-working TV and your request to fix or change it will be answered. "did you come here to watch TV?" Three days later, when you already have to be provided with a room in your hotel, you don't understand what starts again. There were six of us and we all had the same thing. For $ 20, we finally found a room and more than one. We had a rest in October, a great hotel for a family holiday. When we checked in, when issuing rooms, the girl "hinted" in plain text that if we want good rooms we need to tip, we did not, but the rooms were still good. They will always cheer you up and help you. I really liked the fact that you don't need to take the food yourself, everything is laid out by the staff.There is no jostling, everyone takes turns. You can take food from the beginning of the meal to the end, if something ends, they immediately bring a new one. But if you want to take good places near the pool, then you need to come at least half an hour in advance. The bar is open until 12 o'clock all the time, the drinks are all good, not diluted (except juice, I tried orange once, it's impossible to drink), the coffee tastes very strange, fans may not like it. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, one with a slide, two have sun beds with umbrellas, the water gives off chlorine, but not much. The sea is warm, but there are a lot of rocks on the shore, you can get hurt. It takes about 3 minutes to go to the beach, it is convenient that there are underground passages to it, because cars do not let people through at the pedestrian crossing. There are shops and many ATMs and exchangers in the vicinity, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city, the bus stops right at the exit of the hotel, you can get everywhere yourself. If you want to get to the mountains, it's better to take an excursion. In general, I liked everything very much, I can recommend it to others.

Good location (1 Line and tunnel to the sea) and a variety of food. This is where all the advantages end.
A long road from Antalya airport, a small territory, broken plumbing in the family rooms, ancient elevators in which you close the doors yourself, a view from the windows of the courtyard with a warehouse of broken toilets and the noise of an electricity generator.
However, all this applies only to building 3. Before that, we stayed in building 2, and everything was much more decent.
And the most unpleasant thing that I remember this year is the arrogant and indifferent attitude of the reception staff, who react to you only if your appeal to them is backed up with dollars.

Hello, dear vacationers, both future and present. We had a rest with the company in October 2018. Everything seems to be fine, the food, the sea, the rooms, but...our friend on the third day of rest fell and broke her arm near the children's pool, which was located in the second building. Thank God, the ambulance arrived in 10 minutes, was taken to the nearest hospital and did everything right: quickly and without red tape. The hotel administration did not respond to this event in any way. Apparently it happens to them regularly and they are used to it. They also responded to the request to lay non-slip mats...no way. I don't know, maybe it's fatigue that has already worked, maybe because the Russian girl was injured, who knows. The end of the season... By the way, the attitude towards Germans and English speakers is completely different. How many times have I been to Turkey?..I won't count it. But I have never seen such discrimination, such a selfish attitude. It's very unpleasant. To be honest, well, they don't really treat us, there's no point arguing about the reasons, everything has already been said a hundred times. I won't repeat myself. But as it was in this hotel...It's definitely too much. In conclusion, I want to say, if you want to have a good meal and don't care about the attitude towards you, then please, Chrysanthemum will suit you. If you want to swim in the sea and not be afraid to get hurt on the rocks, then Cleopatra Beach is a 15-minute drive from the hotel, to help you. You are not afraid of slippery paths, you are sober day and night, it is also fine, it will do. The ambulance arrives quickly. The insurance is working, it is checked.

We got into it on the recommendation of a travel agency, on our first trip to Turkey. It is located in the district of Both cities of Alanya. The specific one is 4. There is plenty of everything for an unassuming tourist. We didn't starve, animation in the evenings, our own beach and access to the beach directly from the hotel. There are many shops nearby, and a little further away there are large local shops (with lower prices).
