Quite a decent hotel, albeit an old one. I visit Turkey every year, there is something to compare it with. We were satisfied with the rest, thank you all!!! But... on the day of our arrival, the Mir payment system was closed, and it's not so scary, there was a little cash, you can do without it. Nice hotel. Russian, Turkish and English languages. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. TV, split, balcony in each room. But we never watched TV. All the staff is polite and courteous. Through the passage directly from the hotel, access to your beach with a bar: sun beds, umbrellas, water, tea and soft drinks for free in any quantity.
There is a hamam in the passage. The prices are adequate, and the service is at the highest level! We have been several times and I took a massage separately - I am 200 percent satisfied!
In addition to the main restaurant, there are two more bars on the territory: they are open from 10 to 18.00 (everything and a lot).
The restaurant has a buffet system. There is a wide variety, including fruits, vegetables, sweets, drinks. Grilled every day: for breakfast and dinner!

The second time I went to this hotel, despite the first negative visit. So it happened . And I was pleasantly surprised by the good changes. The first is a reception, there was not even a hint of baksheesh, the number was changed without delay and promises tomorrow / the day after tomorrow, but immediately. There was never a Turkish night. but the animation is normal. The grill for dinner is good. Minus these are Poles and Germans ( it seems that their pigs were raised and fed )but if you don't pay attention, although it's hard not to notice.... you can have a good rest.
We lived for 12 days, felt at home all the time, 3 swimming pools, excellent cuisine, good individual VESTEL air conditioners, WI-FI in the room worked properly, free sun beds by the sea, a bar by the sea, but only soft drinks, beer and spirits in the bar near the hotel itself, the hotel is located on the first line, but It is separated by a road under which there is an underground passage directly to the hotel territory, not a single thing caused inconvenience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The water in the pools is dirty, during our vacation (from 08.08.22 to 08.25.22) 90% of the guests spent several days in the room with enterovirus. Employees of the local sanitary and epidemiological station and the police came, took water samples in the pools, but no one announced the results of the samples to us. The staff skillfully silences and ignores this whole situation. Let's start with why Russians should not go to this hotel at all: 1) at the reception there are three Russian-speaking people originally from Ukraine, who, at the sight of a Russian passport, populate a person in the very * op. If a controversial situation arises or you have problems, the reception will not only not help, but only try to make things worse. ANIMATION: In this hotel, animators are hired by a Czech tour operator to entertain their tourists. Therefore, all shows, discos, contests are only in Czech. Neither you nor the children will be interested. Secondly, the schedule of daytime animation exactly coincides with the siesta: from 14:00 to 16:00 zumba in the main pool, with wild screams of the animator into the microphone and music "for all". The ELEVATOR is a separate topic in this hotel - it worked only 5 days out of 17 days of our stay, three days later. I have never written reviews about hotels, but here I would like to tell the whole truth about this hotel. We are resting here now. We arrived late at night, we were checked into the rooms quickly without any problems. They gave rooms in the attic with a view of the sea. The furniture is far from new, the rooms are cleaned disgustingly or not at all, but only take out the trash. The bed linen has not been changed even once, although we have been here for 10 days. The towels are of poor quality-the lint flies off them, as if you are covered in fluff and need to wash again.
The food in the restaurant is excellent, the selection of dishes is large and almost everything is delicious.
I would like to tell you about the beach separately. The beach area is wide enough, there are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas, BUT!!! You can't turn the sun beds around, a beach worker immediately runs up and asks you to turn them back. When there is a slight wind, umbrellas cannot be used, they are immediately approached and closed by beach workers, and there is no shade canopy on the beach. And in this case, how to relax on the beach in such heat without shade?!!!The beach itself is very dirty, cigarette butts, packages of sweets and chocolates, garbage buckets at the sunbeds are not cleaned, the sunbeds themselves are dirty. There are only juices and coffee from vending machines on the beach.
The animation is not particularly interesting, the show was only 2 times and it was the same-Turkish dancing and belly dancing. There is a mini disco for children at 20.30, and at 21.30 some entertainment programs, but they are not translated into Russian.
The hotel is not worth the money we paid for it.

We are currently staying at this hotel since August 03. We settled into a Standard room on the ground floor above the dining room. The furniture is very old, the doors are skewed, there is only one stool for two people. The bathroom is generally a nightmare: the toilet leaks onto the floor, water from the mixer pours onto the countertop, not into the sink. The shower cabin has no shelves and hooks, there is nowhere to put shampoo. Instead of a trash can, there is a bucket of mayonnaise (it looks like). The walls are painted on tiles. There was one answer to all our requests - "Fine." They asked for a different number, gave exactly the same one and clearly hinted that they would give money. The hotel clearly does not pull either 3 or 4, much less. Towels are not changed, they are removed carelessly. Living conditions denigrate all the positive aspects of the hotel. The rest is an average 4* hotel. Maybe someone is luckier than us, we are glad.

The Chrysanthemum hotel is tired, the rooms are not 4 stars, but if the air conditioning is working, this is already half of a successful vacation. Chrysanthemum is part of a hotel chain, so we were offered to move to their other hotel, we had to live in Kylie, and go to Chrysanthemum in the afternoon. The day before departure, we were returned back, which also caused inconvenience, instead of resting, we packed our bags on the penultimate day. But we used to look for advantages in everything, first of all we lived in two hotels and three rooms, swam on two beaches and four pools, were in a five-star Kylie in a water park. As for the service and staff, they are great, they speak Russian well, they know their business. In Kylie, the staff created traffic jams at the distribution, there are no Russian speakers except for one guy at the reception.

The hammam is a separate story: a variety of services, excellent work of the massage therapists' hands - and they identified and named all diseases of the musculoskeletal system that actually take place; peeling of the legs with fish. Words of gratitude to the young man - animator, who entertains vacationers from the very morning until late at night: aqua aerobics, darts with funny penalties, club dances, comic greetings in the dining room, evening programs. Yes, the contests are of the same type, but the people involved are different and each time is fun and interesting. A big MINUS of children's animation: 3 girls walk around the hotel all day just like that, but you can hold contests with children of all ages by the pools, mini discos; only in the evening they dance the same movements with the kids to 3 foreign songs (Chuka Chuka steam train, soko-bachi-viro, Piano). THAT'S IT!!! This is the end of entertainment for children from the animators... Everything in the room was in working order: hair dryer, TV, mini fridge, air conditioning. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed if we threw them on the floor (as it is written in the instructions for vacationers); for a small tip and Russian chocolate, such beauty was made from bedspreads, towels, flowers and.... plastic stoppers from drinking water bottles!!!! A tour guide from a travel agency and street "travel agencies" offer a variety of excursions - for every taste and budget. That's why we didn't have time to watch TV out the window... The rest was a success!!! It is possible that we will not come to this hotel anymore, but only because we want to see other cities and hotels. But definitely, we will recommend to friends and acquaintances a vacation at the Chrysanthemum Hotel!!!

A very comfortable hotel to stay in. The first line of the beach has become better, the number of sunbeds has doubled. The staff is very polite, even if one employee does not understand you, they will always find someone who will understand and help. Food is something that always causes controversy, but it all depends on preferences and tastes. That's enough for me. The only thing missing is a coffee maker for good coffee.

The rooms are terrible , then there is no hot water , then the plumbing does not work , the food is also shameful , there are eternal huge queues , the same thing every day . Everything seems to be fine, the food, the sea, the rooms, but...our friend on the third day of rest fell and broke her arm near the children's pool, which was located in the second building. Thank God, the ambulance arrived in 10 minutes, was taken to the nearest hospital and did everything right: quickly and without red tape. The hotel administration did not respond to this event in any way. Apparently it happens to them regularly and they are used to it. They also responded to the request to lay non-slip mats...no way. I don't know, maybe it's fatigue that has already worked, maybe because the Russian girl was injured, who knows. The end of the season... By the way, the attitude towards Germans and English speakers is completely different. How many times have I been to Turkey?..I won't count it. But I have never seen such discrimination, such a selfish attitude. It's very unpleasant. But as it was in this hotel...It's definitely too much.
