An ideal choice for a short stay in Shymkent. The excellent spa area included in the price of the stay made the stay simply magnificent. It's great that men and women have their own steam room and hammam, and the pool is shared by everyone, but I came to the hotel during the off-season and swam alone. The panoramic view of Shymkent will also leave no one indifferent, as well as the proximity of the arboretum, zoo, and ethnic park. Breakfast is served in a separate restaurant in Tara, the choice is not very large, but everything is very tasty, high-quality products (there is even a cut of cheese), I really liked the sweet cottage cheese for dessert, they offer a choice of personally prepared porridges of various types, as well as an omelet or glaze, very tasty lemonade, a pot of tea to choose from. Very tasty homemade thin flatbread. The view of the city from the restaurant is amazing. There are also grocery stores nearby, although the hotel stands a little apart, but this is its charm. The hotel management does not skimp on small things like toothbrushes, shampoo-conditioner-body lotion-shower gel kits, the hair has not become straw, and special thanks for the bamboo toothbrush and wooden comb. To summarize: I will be happy to come back again, thanks to the staff for their kindness and responsiveness!
One of the disadvantages: the air conditioning system was set to "winter" mode, it was not possible to cool the room, I had to ventilate the room in the evening and turn off the air conditioner. In March, you can still survive, but the sediment remains)). Also, the hotel rooms are not suitable for those who prefer complete silence, the noise from the road is still noticeable.

Great hotel! Located in a quiet area. Very comfortable bed, everything is clean and tidy. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests, including combs, hygiene items and stationery. Beautiful view from the observation deck of the Tara cafe, I liked the breakfast. If we are still in Shymkent, we will stop only in Kainar!

The best hotel in the city, the spa treatments pleased, although the pool is a little cold, but it's for the best.
The view is gorgeous, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious, and taxis are allowed on the premises. In general, everything you need for a good rest. I recommend it, it's a pity you can't give 100 points.

It's even strange for Shymkent.
2 hours ago, they asked for a blanket, they brought it unlocked, they asked to fill it up, they stupidly brought a sheet instead of a duvet cover, in short, closer to one o'clock in the morning they barely questioned it. There were dirty dishes in the hallway when we moved in, and they still stand. The shower was broken, and there weren't enough towels. For 130k for 2 days and such a service?

Nice hotel. Everything is very clean, comfortable rooms. Polite staff. The lounge bar has a gorgeous panoramic view from the window, the whole city in the palm of your hand. A green alley, fresh air and silence from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were at the SPA center at the hotel! I really liked it! Everything is clean and tidy. The water in the pool is warm and cool. It doesn't smell like bleach. The massage therapist is just super! Mom was satisfied!

I haven't visited this place for a long time. But, the kitchen was on top. The salad is average, and the beef medallions, medium, are just great!! I did not like the service, the waitress did not remove the used dishes from the table on time and in order to order something before, I had to go to the counter myself, although there were few people. The hall is nice and cozy.

Three-course breakfasts are a stretch. Vegetables and fruits are weathered. There are flakes, but there is no milk. Coffee - paid🤦♂️ there is nothing to choose from. The restaurant is weak.
The warm floor was frying in the bathroom so that it was impossible to step on. From the third appeal, they turned it off. Flies in the room in flocks.
The water in the shower is not regulated as it should be.
There is no kettle - it's just for information.
It is written that the spa is open until 23.00, in fact until 21.00. Saunas and hamams are cold, you have to wait until they heat up. There is no admin in the spa. By themselves, everyone is fumbling)
In general - far from 5 stars and not even 4. Very average. If you don't expect something, you can, but we won't go there anymore.
The only plus is the view from the balcony of the city.

The interior is made with high quality and taste, it breathes luxury. The hotel is located on an elevation, the whole of Shymkent is visible, it is beautiful especially at night. We were with the child, we more than liked it!
The rooms are spacious, the staff is helpful and asked for a kettle in the room. They made us a kettle of tea with lemon. Everything in the room is clean, all soap accessories: soap,shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner are all Turkish, the breakfasts are gorgeous, the spa was great, there was warm water in the hammam, sauna and pool, if we arrive in Shymkent, we will definitely return to this hotel again!

The hotel is normal, clean, cozy. But there are few visitors, so there is nothing to eat in the restaurant, from the word at all. Nothing has changed during the three days of stay. I had to go to the city to have dinner-lunch! Apparently, this institution is not the main activity of the owners. Next time I'm thinking of staying in Rixos, especially since the price difference is not very significant!

The staff is friendly, but completely inattentive. The dishes in the restaurant are delicious, the portions are large. But everyone ran away somewhere, left without paying off, alerting the reception. The SPA in the advertisement and booklet is open until 23-00, in fact until 20-00. They didn't let a taxi through the barrier, they had to drag themselves on foot with a suitcase. And so everything is very respectable, beautiful. The room is clean, the bed linen is fresh.

Be careful, only instant coffee is free for breakfast, if you want cabbage, you will have to pay an additional 2,200 per cup. The bar closes at 23:00, if you arrive late, you will stay hungry, as you will have to wait for 40 minutes to order, since the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city.
