It's not a bad store. Excellent pastries, fresh bread and pastry. They bake on the spot. The wine department has a large selection of Armenian fruit wines at good prices. I'll rate the meat department at 4+. You can take a kebab cooked on coals, the price is also pleasant. There is a currency exchange. It is a pity that there are only two Kaisers in Yerevan and they are not in the center.

The store is good .There is a lot of choice .But I evaluate the attitude and behavior of the staff on a single basis .The staff can arrange a showdown, insult, make a remark, and, most of all, it is surprising that the manager is present there (well, for example, Uncle Armen), I do not know who he is, although I often see him sitting and,, controlling,,the process of the store , employees, does not interfere and does not try to calm down his employees .Maybe at the moment the buyer is not right, well, you can calmly explain, well, no, the seller of the sausage department runs out to the checkout and starts yelling, and even getting personal, insulting.Because of such boors , a negative opinion is formed about the country in general .

Good afternoon! As a client of Kaiser for 15 years now, I want to leave a review, I'll probably briefly write what exactly is annoying and I think it's worth paying attention to it. Basically, everything is normal, you need to work a little on the service, or rather in the meat department there are specific guys who stand and sell meat. Every time I approach this department (and I approach it quite often), one with white hair is tall, the other is short, hunchbacked with a square, even more dissatisfied face, it is impossible to ask a question. Or they mutter something under their breath and because of the disgusting service they no longer want to approach this area (although I go to the kaiser every day)
Please pay attention to this, because it greatly affects the productivity of your store in a bad way.

I recommend this store to all meat and fish lovers. The assortment is approximately the same as in all supermarkets in Yerevan (minus - there is no rice in bags). But, a huge plus is small departments selling fish and meat (as I understand it, they are just tenants, we do not pay for them to the Kaiser). Meat and offal are divine! The sellers are incomparable! - Give me this! - And what are we going to cook?! No, then you'd better take this…
It's been a year since we moved to Kentron, but once a week it's definitely here. Fish is my favorite amber trout.... Well, we are already buying everything else.

I have been living in Armenia for eight months now, large stores, chain stores have bypassed everything. The most attentive and smiling employees are here. For example, in a store, the name consists of three letters))), maybe everyone is polite, but they sold rotten meat, the pastry is often old. In a store with the name of the capital, the staff often have to look for and I was refused to cut off as much meat as I needed.
The kaiser at the checkout is very polite, the sausage girls are smart. Politely and with a smile.
Probably, you need to be the most smiling and polite?! Although it doesn't always work in other stores in Yerevan)))

The ticket offices serve you quickly, which you like. During rush hours, of course, you will have to stand, but for as long as we have in St. Petersburg.
There is a bakery, bread, candles for cakes, pies are inexpensive if you go to visit. I walk all the time. But I didn't like the vegetables, I take them opposite, where they are vegetable and fruit.

The work of the staff is organized very poorly, no one opens an additional door during rush hours.cash registers. Cashiers work slowly, taking forever to check some checks. Requests to open an add-on.cash registers seem to be simply ignored.
There are only carts, but no baskets (as, for example, in SAS).
In the store, the entire ceiling is studded with surveillance cameras, but at the same time, employees at the entrance cling to a small package, demanding to put it in a storage room. The question is, then what is the point of cameras and the security service that watches them?
P.S. And probably it's time for such a large store in the 21st century to open self-service cash desks?
