A stunning place in nature, surrounded on all sides by a lake. A green area with very harmoniously inscribed buildings. Ideal for eco detox and vipassana. Birdsong, Buddhist monks in the morning, and chipmunks and monkeys will not leave you without wonderful photos and impressions. The interiors are very stylish in eco-style and sooo suitable for fantastic photo sessions. The food is vegetarian, very tasty, varied, with interesting serving. The only thing I regret is staying one night. Ideally, at least 2 nights for complete relaxation.
An incredible hotel, lost in the jungle between palm trees and mango groves! Parrots, palm squirrels and huge monkeys give this place a special authenticity and unity with nature! Friendly and attentive staff! Many thanks to the administrator Ruvan for his help and support, care during the stay!
Comfortable cabins with all amenities, large and comfortable beds. Every corner of this house is created for photo shoots))) very beautiful! There are lots of fruits for breakfast, delicious pancakes, yogurt, tortillas, coffee/tea/juices. We also took lunch and dinner – rice is served with a variety of snacks: beans, pumpkin, chickpeas, vegetable salads, carrots, etc. Everything is delicious and satisfying! Seasonal fruits/cupcakes/ice cream for dessert.
And an outdoor saltwater pool deserves special mention! We swam both on a hot day and in the pouring rain, the sensations are indescribable!
The hotel provides a free tuk-tuk to the beach with turtles! Be sure to go, buy seaweed and feed these huge beauties!
No wonder we were told that this is the best hotel on the island. I've been to a lot of places, but I've never seen such incredible places! To go here for beauty, peace, relaxation, unity with nature, but at the same time with a high level of service and all amenities! And, of course, beautiful photos!
I definitely recommend it to everyone!!! Very interesting houses made of wicker walls! Incredible jungle sounds at night, and if you get caught in the rain, it's incredible!!!
A very green stunning hotel in the jungle, with lots of animals and wildlife. Be prepared that you live in a jungle with all its inhabitants. It is an amazing experience, although it is far from the coast, but there is a free shuttle service
The hotel is cool, everything is beautiful. The disadvantages are only big: 1. There is only rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2. Animal screams are very audible at night. At 4:00 in the morning, the locals start salting into the loudspeakers. Very loud.
It's a cool place. For those who love solitude, it is the most. I gave it 4 stars because of the remoteness. If we consider this place, only with the condition of renting a scooter. It's a long way to walk to the road and tuk-tuk yourself.
We were robbed of $800 in this hotel. They just stole the money. The doors do not close, this is the concept of the hotel)) and who stole the staff, or the neighbors, or how to find out?
An excellent eco-friendly hotel.
We had a great rest. More like a nature reserve, monkeys, monitor lizards, chipmunks, mongooses and peacocks appeared every day. The rooms are spacious, cozy and very interesting in design. The bathroom is generally a separate story - very beautiful.
There is a large and modern swimming pool with sea water, without chlorine.
The hotel provides boats and you can swim around the hotel on your own and wander through the mangrove labyrinths. They were afraid that crocodiles would eat them, but the staff assure that it is safe. I had to trust him because it was a very exciting experience.
There is also a large area on the roof of the pavilion where you can practice yoga, sports and lie around at night and watch the stars
We went to the beach every day - just 5 minutes by tuk-tuk for free from the hotel. The beach is incomparable - not big, but protected by a coral reef, the water is clean and huge turtles swim, which we hand-fed with local algae. There are cafes and restaurants for every taste. The food at the hotel is also good - there are all options from breakfast to all inclusive.
We took massages - both the woman and the man were very experienced!
The hotel has Russian-speaking staff - another big plus.
They will advise excursions and generally introduce you well to all the cases.
A must-visit Galle Fort is an ancient fort built by the Portuguese, then the Dutch, then the British during their colonial campaigns. We drove a tuk-tuk on our own for only 15 minutes.
I advise you to visit, I will definitely come back again.
Excellent staff!
Thanks!
