A wonderful, cozy, quiet place for a family vacation. Everything in the room is as in the photo: new and fresh. Not far from the center.
There is a small playground, sauna and barbecue area on site.
In the future, they plan to install a heated swimming pool on the territory.
The room has enough space for a family: 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa. A big plus is good sound insulation, a comfortable sleeping place and snow-white linen.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens in the entire guest house, in which there are enough dishes and cutlery. There is a microwave, kettle and coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar. However, there are only 2 single-burner induction stoves, 2 small pots and a couple of pans. In my opinion, this is not enough for a guest house that focuses on married couples.
There is a small nuance with paying for accommodation, due to the fact that they only accept cash, Belarusian banks have limits on cash withdrawals, so I had to tinker with money withdrawal and payment.
Along with this, I would like to thank the administrators of the guest house, who were 24/7 ready to help with any issue.

It's a great location. We celebrated New Year's Eve here. I liked everything. Nice staff. It's clean and cozy. It's very warm. Its own exit to the terrace. Panoramic windows. If you need to stay, spend the night or spend a romantic evening, you will love this place.
Of the disadvantages for me, it was difficulties with the TV, the set-top box was suspended, there were no relevant applications for watching TV. But I am sure that for many it is not important. We and the children really enjoyed it. Thanks

An interesting interior room, with a shared living room, swings and 2 separate bedrooms, which you get to by walking up the stairs. Its access to the lawn and terrace, where there are swings and places to relax. It's a little stuffy in the bedrooms, but the air conditioner solves this issue. Next to the room there is a shared kitchen with everything necessary for a comfortable meal. Even tea, coffee machine and sugar are at guests' disposal. You can order food delivery, there are advertisements for all kinds of deliveries in the kitchen. There is a shop and a cafe nearby.

We are very glad that we came to this hotel, it really feels like home! The hosts are very welcoming, hospitable and kind people, they organized a very warm welcome, thank you very much. Everything is very clean and tidy. There is a shared kitchen where you can drink coffee from a coffee machine, tea, cook, eat, there is everything for this. There are boxes of toys in the common corridor, so there are a lot of toys for children to keep busy. There's a swing and slide outside. Each room has its own territory in front of the window with a high-quality table and chairs, in summer you can sunbathe there. There are two large gazebos and a barbecue area. And most importantly, there is a sauna. The sauna is just great, the steam is great. They brought us dressing gowns, oak brooms and treated us to delicious beer. We helped to light a barbecue grill. Near the sauna there is a chaise longue and a table with chairs, in summer you can relax. The owners also make a pool outside, so we'll definitely come in the summer. The rooms have very comfortable beds, we couldn't even wake up in the morning, we slept until lunch. Convenience and design, everything is thought out. A very cozy place for a family vacation. Wonderful, friendly staff.
We didn't have to take a mountain of toys to relax with the child, he found himself a bunch of cars and got carried away with them. There was an opportunity to use a high chair, a bathing tub, and a separate sleeping place.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the Hostess Olga and the entire team of the guest house "Like at home" for the rosy welcome and impeccable attitude in every sense.
Two families stayed in the guest house from 12/30/2024 to 01/3/2025 (each family has two small children of 3 and 6 years old).
We stayed warm and comfortable.
We slept on snow-white feather pillows, drank delicious coffee (there is coffee with a coffee machine in the kitchen) and steamed in a cozy barrel bath.
There is a playground for children on the territory of the guest house, swings in some rooms of the house, and large Lego boxes in the hallway. Your kids will definitely find it interesting and fun here.
The kitchen of the house is equipped with EVERYTHING you need: from dishes to a coffee machine.
We got to the city center on foot, by taxi, and by minibus, which stops 2 minutes from the house. Very convenient. There is also a large grocery store "Vitebsk Products" located next to the bus stop, which is open from 9:00 to 23:00.
In other words, we liked EVERYTHING!

The kitchen is very clean: you take a pot, plates, forks and you can be sure - they shine with cleanliness! Each room has a terrace with swings, tables with chairs, large poufs. You can enjoy sitting with a cup of coffee. There is an excellent barbecue area, a playground, and a sauna is being completed nearby and there will also be a summer cinema on the street! It's super! Parents can safely roast a barbecue, and children, for example, play nearby and watch cartoons), or you can just watch a movie on the street without a barbecue, etc., everything is nearby and no one bothers anyone). Great place ,great responsive staff, everything is clean, cozy, 2 kitchens are shared, but people do not crowd, coffee (coffee machine),tea, sugar are all free in unlimited quantities, we were in a large family room with 2 bedrooms in the heat comfortably, condees cope, there is no condee on the ground floor but if you turn on the bedroom then the first floor is also refreshed. Payment is accepted only in cash in Belarusian rubles, there is an ATM near the house, for those who visit from Russia or other countries, there will be no problems.

We stayed with the family for two days. The youngest child is 9 months old. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even a bathtub. I noticed that all the things were of very high quality. There are 2 kitchens for cooking with free coffee and tea. A cozy room with a veranda. The cost is quite reasonable. However, the view from the veranda and from the windows goes straight to the fence, and beyond the fence is the road. There is a sauna and a barbecue area, but we arrived late and did not use it. However, part of the yard was still under renovation.

Back in March, my family and I bought tickets to the Slavyansky bazaar.
I took my time with the armor housing. And I took up this issue in May.
We were going to Vitebsk for the first time. We didn't have any leads. I found some 2 decent hotels in my opinion and left a request. Five days later, I received a refusal. It was indicated that there were no available rooms for the required dates.
I continued my search. This time I decided to try my luck on a daily basis.<url> Chose an apartment, not cheap. But there were no options. I couldn't leave our large family of 8 people homeless. I am booking an apartment and waiting for the owner to contact me in order to make an advance payment. I receive a payment link and I can't pay for anything. Then the answer comes to me that the owner refused the reservation without explaining the reason. Although on the specified dates and the number of people, these apartments were available.
To say that I was upset is to say nothing.
I just started typing in Yandex.: rent a house in Vitebsk (or something like that). Approximately in the second link I see the incredible beauty of the photo. I go to the website and watch the video. And for some reason I think that scammers (everything is too beautiful :-).
I write to the number indicated on the site. And a minute later a girl answers me and says that there is a free room for our family. I still don't believe it's true. I ask about the deposit and transfer the money.
The girl was always in touch and gave me comprehensive answers to all my questions. I couldn't wait to come to this place and watch it live.
And now the day has come. We drive up to the guest house and are greeted by a pleasant Tatiana, escorts us to the room, shows us, answers questions. We arrived almost at the 12th hour of the night, it was quite dark. We were tired, but I couldn't help but pay attention to the room, prepared with love. For snow-white linen and a cozy crib for the baby. The bathroom is clean and smells fresh.
In the morning, we walked through the kitchen, through the territory and realized that the owner was a man with very delicate taste. And when we met Olga, we realized that she was an incredibly delicate and courteous person. Without falsehood and hypocrisy.
We spent these three days very cool in the guest house! I liked it there so much that I asked my husband to stay at least one more day) How happy I was when, when I asked if the room was available for that day, Olga replied: "We'll figure something out. Don't worry"))) As a result, we didn't even have to move to another room. Olga organized everything.
On the day of departure, she came to say goodbye to us and brought cute gifts to all our children🤤 It was very unexpected and incredibly pleasant!
How we are waiting for the next Slavic bazaar! And we already know exactly where we will stay)
P.s: by the way. The phrase that hooked me on the guest house's website: "We are not talking about lux. We're talking about comfort." Indeed, it is. It's like home here, very cozy. And it's nice to know that you were expected 😌

We took a two-storey room for two families. It should be borne in mind that there is only one bathroom. If someone got into the shower in the morning, they can't get into the toilet. However, Olga warns about this when ordering. Free coffee machine, cool dishes, comfortable wide bed, awesome linen. A terrace, a swing in the room, a recreation area with a barbecue - people really messed up for comfort and hospitality. I want to go there again!

Also, we were very pleased with the underfloor heating, due to which it is always very warm. We were in the cold and, despite the Yakut cold outside, with huge French windows, it was warm and comfortable. The hosts are responsive, always ready to help.
The swing in the room is a fire. Unless, of course, your neighbors start riding at one o'clock in the morning, because they creak godlessly.
The location is not close to the center, but taxis are not expensive either.

I am happy to write a review about these apartments, we arrived completely delighted with the accommodation.
After booking the dates, we were immediately contacted by WhatsApp, clarified all the points. It is a great plus that the hosts are in touch and you can ask questions directly.
So we agreed in advance that for an additional payment for linen, relatives can spend the night on the couch, who arrived late at night and just needed to spend the night somewhere.
Thus, in fact, we rented a room for 4 people. And 6 people settled in.
Everything was very comfortable. Modern cozy rooms, clean landscaped grounds. There is a barbecue area and a children's playground. All rooms have their own cozy track.
There is a shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment: refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, dishes, bottled water at guests' disposal. Everything is just great!
And I must say separately for the hospitality of the hostess. The sweetest woman, she will show you everything, tell you, clarify.... Definitely, if we come to Vitebsk again, then only here!
